The BEST sushi in the area. My husband and I order from here at least once a week. Amazing family owned business. You will not be disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. Love this place!

The place is very cozy. It was my first time. They are a little different from the regular Japanese restaurants. Definitely stop by and try the food. I will definitely be back. I would suggest it for small parties and couples. They have a large variety of rolls and sushi to choose from.

Great food and generous portions for the price! They always stuff the container when I get food to go and the authentic Japanese food always tastes great!

Absolutely foul. Beef soba soup was soggy spaghetti with the worst tasting broth. The beef meat smelled and tasted bad. Spicy tuna roll was so old, fishy, and the rice was dry and hard. Tempura dish was greasy – all breading and barely any shrimp.

I took my 2 year old son to eat at banji. Just me and my son. When walking in I state table for two. The woman looks down at my son with a blank stare. She then proceeds to sit us down. She takes me all the way to the back and directs me and my son to a single dining table with two dining chairs. My son is only two and cannot sit in a chair by himself so I kindly asked if I can sit at a booth in which I felt like I was a bother to ask. I mentioned how it’s easier for him to sit in a booth seat rather than a regular adult chair. We were seated and given one menu and one set of utensils. I never was asked for a water or a drink, or if I need a minute. The menu was just put in the table and she walked away. My toddler is active and had a hard time sitting, he accidentally spilled soy sauce so I asked for a napkin and told her he spilled soy sauce and I was told “I see that” and hands me a napkin to clean it and walks away. I thought that was the reason why I wasn’t being taken care of. My son sat across from me and we were ready to order. I did not want to yell out because that’s rude so I was waiting for her to come take my order. She proceeded to walk past and answer the phone for at least 5 min and still never take my order. At one point i mentioned how I was unsure if I was going to order depending on if my 2 year old would sit down. She then walks to the back and never comes back out. After being tired of waiting I asked the man making sushi is the lady coming back. I wanted to let her know that I was leaving instead of me just walking out. The man called to the back in a different language I’m not sure what was said. After waiting there a good min I ended up walking out because I felt like my business was unwanted and I felt unwelcome and super upset about my experience especially the fact that I had my toddler son and there was no compassion or acknowledgment or care. Super upset.

Very good local japanese cuisine. The price point and accessibility make it perfect for a sushi lunch. I personaly eat here as much as three times per week.

Had delivery this past Weekend and from the delivery woman to the food, I cannot say enough good things!! She was adorable and dealt with our dogs coming to say hi so wonderfully. The food was fresh and delicious. The hot things were hot and cold things cold and everything was just prepared beautifully!! Thank you!!!

I’ve ordered in from Banji a couple of times a month since I moved to the area 2 years ago. The special rolls have been consistently good and the prices are reasonable. The vegetable tempura is always crispy and delicious. I’ve never been disappointed.
