What happened in the past week!? I always order food here and all of a sudden it horrible and we are not going back. Walking in no longer feels the same. I’m figuring they’re under new management or something and it’s bad. My food looked and tasted horrible. No cheese all sauce. I also think the workers look miserable. Something had to have happened?

Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of chicken. I received all 3 pizzas damaged. I called the store before the driver even pulled off. A gentleman by the name of Omar said he knew exactly what happened but couldn’t do anything about it I would have to speak to the owner Jason. After several phone calls and messages I was finally able to speak to Jason. He said he did not need pictures and that he would look into the matter and would call back. Days went by no call, so I called back today. I was told all he could get is a credit. I advised I no longer want to order from Papa John’s and would like a refund. I was told I cant have a refund and can only receive a credit. I told Jason again I dont want a credit. He said thats all he could/ would do. The WORST customer service.

Have given me back my money and taken there pizza. The pizza YOU SEE THERE WENT STRAIGHT TO THE TRASH!!! I found a hair. I pulled it right out of my mouth.This is the worst pizza place I have ever ordered from. I don’t think I will return and I will not recommend. I spoke with the manager and all she said was I can give you 50% off on your next order. Must be a joke. No I will not be ordering. On top of that she had an attitude so I put her on the spot and her as a manager that was very unprofessional and I kept my calm the entire time. This is like the seventh time they have ruin pizza from me from Papa John’s. Who ever owns this place needs to hire better managers because they hire slow dumb kids. Two of us have stomach aches. Hope we don’t get sick. If we do someone needs to do a health inspection. This place needs a professional wake up call quick!!!

Ordered the extra large and paid for it, and I ended up getting regular size pizza, and when I called the location, the guy asked me what kind of box it is, I have answered that it was the red one, and he said this is it, this is the size that you get. The pizza was un cooked well and the topping is not spread correctly.

I ordered delivery and one of the items i got was garlic knots as i always do and these were dry pieces of bread with nothing on it and no flavor! Called to advise and they basically said next time order sauce on side(the owner) and there is nothing they can do!
Very disappointing because i’m pregnant and i have gotten these at least twice a week and it never looked or tasted like this! Today is my last time ordering from here!

My kids really enjoy their pizza since moving here. There wasn’t one in Oxnard. Anyway, I just wanted to take the time to give my appreciation for the staff. There was a mistake on my order. They made me feel heard. Was so nice about it. And made me a new one right away and delivered it at no extra charge. Best customer service. And the food was excellent. It was a papadilla.

My boyfriend and I placed a takeaway order from Papa John’s and were told it would be ready in 10 minutes. We arrived at 5:50 PM, but after waiting 22 minutes with no update, my boyfriend went inside to check on the order. He was told it would be out shortly, but after more time passed, it became clear they had given our pizza to someone else — though they tried to cover it up rather than being honest about the mistake.
We ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for a new pizza to be made. My boyfriend politely asked if they could offer complimentary breadsticks for the inconvenience, but they completely ignored his request and just handed him the pizza without so much as an apology.
We regret giving them a tip in advance. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was incredibly disappointing. We won’t be coming back.
