I ordered the $10.99 special deal pizza, which I’ve had many times from other places with the same toppings. However, the dough here was noticeably different from what I’m used to (by the way, I only order pizzas from Papa Johns). It was much thicker and denser, and instead of complementing the toppings, it tended to overpower them. As a result, the overall flavor felt unbalanced and less enjoyable than expected.

You guys, this place has the absolute BEST customer service (and amazing pizza)! Every year I send my sister a pizza from them for her birthday and they were so sweet to make it even more special. Can’t believe I called in the order that I went to pick up and it was the completely wrong order. When I got home I told them it was wrong and they said they can’t do anything about it because that’s how the person who I called placed the order. I said well who can correct this and they said they had nothing to do with it because it’s a call center somewhere in India. I was baffled. I had to pay for this completely wrong order. Disgusting chicken nuggets covered in a nasty barbecue sauce.

This may be embarrassing to share. But they know me by name. Papa John’s is at my sons school once a month. This is how he learned he loved Papa John’s. This location has the best customer service by far. They made our night with our heart shaped Valentines pizza, which is our tradition

I called the store to inquire promotion on a large one topping pizza ($9.99). I called again to place the order and Sergio mentioned that there is no promotion. I called again and someone else offered the same promotion and my total was $40.37. When I went to pick up the pizza, Sergio said there is no promotion and tried to charge me $30 more. He said on his screen there is only full price and there is no promotion. I told him the amount I was told on the phone and he refused to give me the pizza until I pay more. He took away pizzas and asked me to leave the store. I said I will only pay what was told to me. After arguing for few minutes, sudddenly he told me his screen is now showing $40.37. Finally I was able to pick up my order. Sergio is rude and tried to cheat and charge more.

I placed an order for 1 pizza and 1 order of bread sticks. Delivery time was set for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. 25 minutes after estimated time I still did not receive my order even though it had said it was out for delivery. I called and spoke to the store manager Sergio who was unapologetic, rude and unprofessional. I ended the call with him feeling like the situation was my fault and that I was bothering him, another 30 minutes passed and I still never received my order but received my order but did receive a alert on my phone that it was delivered. I called and spoke with Sergio again and he was even ruder this time telling me that I have to wait and there busy and it will be there when it’s there. I requested it to be canceled at that point and he made me stay on the phone while he called the driver to cancel the order and I said you know

Manager I don’t care it doesn’t affect me. I’m an easy going person and probably too passive aggressive, but I’m really surprised by this entire situation. I see now why their star rating is so low. If you read this Sergio, I hope you have a better night and maybe learn to treat people a little better.

Understand Super Bowl night is crazy and can take more than a hour for a delivery. They made a mistake on my order, but they send a new driver to bring hot food right away. Thank you for saving my special night! Good customer service.

The worst pizza place I’ve ever been to. The pizza maker was an old man who came back from the bathroom without washing his hands before putting the toppings on. When I asked him why he didn’t wash his hands before putting the toppings on, he got angry and said his hands were clean. This place is the worst.

I’ll blame the lack of customer service on them being busy and short staffed. But I can’t over look the fact that in the 20 minutes I was sitting in the store waiting on my pizza, both employees repeatedly went from talking on the phone/working the cash register to making pizza, never once washing their hands. Also, an employee had left a pack of cigarettes just sitting on the counter. Pretty gross.
