The food tastes pretty good and is consistent. They were petty fast today which was nice. It took more than a minute to acknowledge that I was even there and when I asked for extra garlic sauce they said I had to pay for it which they have never done before. I know they’re supposed to be $0.75 but that’s kind of ridiculous when they usually give them for free

Called order in for My Boss to feed the staff at 10 am a total of 9 pizzas and was told pizza would be ready at 1030, as pulling in drive way at 1030 received a call stating order not ready she was barely starting order due to large order prior to mine, this caused The Entire team to consume cold pizza due scheduled OUR 30 minute lunch break according to the time provided upon ordering the pizza and was unable to eat due to having return bk to work

The pizza was unpleasant and cold; I wish they had warmed it up before delivery. I had sent my nephew to do laundry, but he must have gone to the wrong door, where he saw and took a picture of this: a blanket lying on top of the pizza boxes. It was unsettling to see. I would not order from here again!

I stopped by to pick up a pizza and noticed a bunch of used dough trays sitting on the floor. I’m concerned whether these are properly washed before being reused. Honestly, I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable with the cleanliness and wouldn’t want to risk getting sick.

Let’s start with what’s wrong with the pizza, they looked like they didn’t take their time spreading the toppings and the pizza taste super doughy like it wasn’t event cooked. I paid for the epic stuff crust with the pepperoni and guess what it’s regular stuff crust so they charged extra for that. The garlic sauce was already half opened so definitely can’t use that. All I can say is avoid this store at all cost please! Go to another location and spend your money right. I think I was better off at Domino’s!

I just ordered a pizza, wings and breadsticks. All was absolutely cold and some were stale and raw. The pizza was stale, cold and hard. The breadsticks were still doughy and raw in the center, and the wings weren’t even warm either. 2 of the 3 boxes were not sealed properly with their sticker seals, and we didn’t even get our two 2 liter bottles of soda with our order. Never ordering from this Papa John’s for delivery again.

They really need to have better customer service and keep their times. I ordered for carryout 2 times in the last week. Both times I show up after they tell me to and I still have to sit there and wait. First time was 30mi total wait for a carry out pizza. Second was about 20. I showed up after they said 10 to 15 mins and I found myself waiting another 5 minutes for the darn carry out order. I think that’s pretty bad service. Lucky they got 3 stars. Pizza was good.

I used to order here all the time but won’t order here anymore. Ordered a chicken with white sauce about a month ago and got red sauce. YUK! I called to let them know and the girl said I could have the credit for the next pizza. I just ordered and explained what happened last time and the girl said there was no proof or notes left. And there was nothing she could do…So pee on them. My family will never order from there again!
