My first and last time there. The service was horrible. I was told one price and charged double. I should have walked out sooner but I was told the pizza was good. Big disappointment. Prices should be listed and not given to you and then changed when you pay. I will never go back nor refer anyone else.

First of all Papa John’s is not stepped it up they don’t even know that they have a great white pizza my pizza is missing the Ramada tomatoes then I called waited on hold to make sure that he can do all flats and they said they couldn’t have I would have canceled the chicken order but after it was delivered they tell me that they cannot do all flats I will never eat at papa John’s again. The staff here is great! This complaint is nothing agents this location. First off I came and visited this location for a vacation at the end of the year before last in 2020 and told the menu was out of date. Let’s fast forward to to 2023 I tried placing an online order but the website declined both of my cards. So I go into the store to try and place an order I ask the girl if the menu is updated she tells me no. This is simply a corporate company that doesn’t care about it’s locations, employees, or customers. This company needs to get it’s business in order or let someone else run the company that knows how. Plain and simple this company sets their employees up for failure nor do they care about making it easy for people to place an order through their website. If your going to run a business do it right don’t halfass it.

Disgusting place smelled horrible. Looked like it doesn’t get cleaned ever trash laying around the backdoor. When I asked was it safe to have all that trash by the food they just grumbled at me and shrugged. They DO NOT CARE. I left in a hurry. Disgusting place.
