The Food Was Bland, Dry & Honestly Made Me Nauseous Eating It. Who Would’ve thought A Major Franchise Would remain Open Despite tasting like pure garbage. Ive had gas station pizza with more flavor than this. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Disgusting.

Ordered take out small with extra mushrooms. I would rate it ok but there were few mushrooms even when I ordered extra. Overall I thought the crust was ok, but the sauce was a little sweet for my taste. Nancy thought the sauce was fine.
There is not a lot to review. It is a tiny store no real ambiance at all. The pie was ready when they said it would be. They only had the traditional crust available for the small, I would have preferred thin.
All in all I’m a no for a return.

Better one of the major pizza chains. Stays open till 2 for those midnight munchies. And employees have good attitudes even the ones that close. Depending on who gives you your order, they could be stingy with the condiments.

Manager Arturo went above and beyond to fix a mistake Door-dash had made. Apparently if there is to many orders and not enough drivers Door-dash takes extra orders without Papa Johns customers needing a Door-dash account. Door -dash driver did not give me all of my food and had A/C blasting onto my order without the hot bag normal pizza delivery drivers use. So I had missing items(saw on drivers passenger seat) and cold food. This has not and would not happen with Papa Johns driver’s. Arturo apologized and reminded me that true customer service still exists through his dedication to correcting a mistake his team hadn’t even made.

The quality of the pizza has gone down in the last few months.On a few occasions, our pizza has been delivered burnt and flat. Cheese and pepperoni burnt. This time I couldn’t even bite into it because it was so hard. Which makes me sad because it used to be my favorite. My family will not let me order from here again. Their only saving grace is the garlic knots. Although last time, the knots came without any garlic sauce. I hope they get it together because the pizza is great when they value the quality.

I placed an order at 4:45 PM. Said it was gonna be ready at 5:25. I arrived at 5:25 and my order was still not even in the oven. Had to win an additional 30 minutes most of the customers coming in for their pick up, we’re being told the same, lack of personnel management and failure to provide value for customers placed orders to go customers in were told to wait about 50 minutes. A lot of people walking out the door.

I ordered to be delivered charge one price and then I call to see if my order been delivered they said for to pick it up .no I wanted to be delivered so they charged me more for the Pizza and it been ready one hour ago it better not be all sogie I like crunchy pizza not soggy o well this going to be the last time I ordered from them plus I didn’t get a discount i have lots of points .it not cool I work hard for my money I’m going to stop . What happened to Papa John’s? I remember it being good now it’s dry and made with no love! My pizza crust was burnt on one end and harder than a rock. Hopefully all stores are not like this one.

Order was deliver by door dash by driver Timor, he had the wrong information on his app and the label on the pizza only had 83 with my street name, Timor called me and asked me to guide him to my location, I told him my complete address but it seemed he didn’tunderstand me and keep repeating that it didn’t appear on Google maps I asked him where his exact location was and he had trouble telling me so we went back and forth till I finally got him to my address, with all the commotion, I didn’t checked my order so because of that I got one of the pizzas with the wrong ingredients, so at this point I just decided to just accept what I had and cleared my frustration.
In my opinion and as a service technician delivering service to the entire valley if I saw that the address only had two digits it would be common sense to verify with the company the correct address since there’s no address in this valley or anywhere else that only has two digits unless is a sub address like and apartment complex. My suggestion is that if you’re going to partner with a delivery company to make sure the driver checks the location and if unsure, call and verify.
This has not made me have a good experience and could not enjoyed the food as I was expecting.
