All in all, not the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The floor and counter is pretty clean, tables free of trash, and bathroom was clean enough. I don’t know the exact time when the franchise changed owners, but when it did, it was pretty obvious. Let me warn everyone that reads this… ORDER ONLINE!!! I ordered in-person this morning and waited at the counter for about 5 minutes until someone actually helped me. The catch, one of the workers was standing at the POS machine, not answering me. I later learned HE DIDN’T SPEAK ENGLISH! Then after another worker saw he was struggling, she decided to help and she spoke perfect english and actually knew how to use the POS system. I don’t know why they put him at front of house. My order came pretty quick, the service is not good whatsoever

I ordered ahead 10 min. Get to the store and drink is ready but not food. I wait as people arrive place order and get their food first. Makes no sense. What’s the point of ordering ahead. Then they get the order wrong when the receipt specified what was ordered.

Service is really fast. The staff are nice and chill and laid-back. Food and drinks get served in less than a minute. I recommended the sweet bacon w croissant and large ice coffee.. very refreshing

The worst place if you go in the morning and don’t have time to wait there for 20 minutes for 1 item. Even if you place an online order for it in advance you will still get there order will not be ready and have to wait 10 minutes plus. The other dunkin in olney with the drive thru never leaves you waiting.

Still enjoy the Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and the coffee. But, very disappointed in what they call the Apple Fritter. Nothing like it used to be. It was just a little apple filling on a sweet bun. Used to be one of my favorites there. Don’t waste your money on the new one.

My order was taken, coffee given to me but bagel was not prepared. The crew went in and were talking inside. There was no one in the store or drive through. I waited for 10 mins and no response.
Exact same thing happened before too. Owner needs to look at situations like this and address it right away. Accountability of the people in the store seems to be lacking.
