Papa makes a solid pie. I showed up to grab my pizza, its a small location not meant for dining in. It was clean and there was only 1 guy doing everything. He was very polite and helped me out quickly. It was a solid experience.

I walked in to redeem my free medium pepperoni pizza and extra for one added topping which I will pay for. I was refused he said I have to order it online. I showed him the coupon which clearly displayed One Free Medium cheese pizza. One customer per household

And continue to tell me it will not honor my coupon. So I went online to check it and I couldn’t even find to order it one line. I have ordered many pizzas before and totally shocked by this unsatisfactory customer service

The low reviews ain’t no joke. Do not order pickup here on days like Valentine’s day. Go to a higher reviewed nicer location. Pickup on Valentine’s Day was hell on earth. Never going to this location again.

Ordered regular crust, they made paper thin crust….
How hard is it to make a pizza to order?

I really hate the call center aspect of ordering through Papa John’s. I am sure it is to help order accuracy as someone in a cubicle can hear you better than someone in a busy pizza kitchen.
But, when they go over the specials and the best deal for 1 large 1 topping pizza was $8.99 so I order a pepperoni. Vs a large 2 topping was $17.99. Some black olives are not worth the $9 difference.
First thing I see when I walk into the store is the sign I posted the picture of. So $1 less and an additional topping, sounds like a much better deal. Large 2 topping pizza for $7.99. That’s only a $10 difference from what the call center said.
They gave me the lower price but still missed out on a topping, not a big deal just would be better for the call center to know the store specials.
Also when I call a specific number for a certain location, I shouldn’t have to answer 20 questions.
The delay for accuracy is not desirable.
Do I order again through the call center? Or do I just go to a different pizza place? I’d rather not go to the store to order and wait however long for the food?

Called papa John’s at 8:35pm and was trying to place my order for 1 large pepperoni pizza quickly but since papa John’s asks a million questions before being able to officially place the order. The time turned to 8:40 and they said they were closed now and can only do delivery orders. I told that I called at 8:35 and they said nope sorry can’t place the order. Worst pizza place ever. Don’t rely on them to for that late night pizza. Had to settle for Little Caesars

I came here today I ask for a large pepperoni pizza witch I don’t now how they learn how to cut it I also ordered Garlic Parmesan breadsticks and told them to add extra garlic sauce they put on breadsticks the said it would be extra I said it’s fine came Home open it I was mad because it lucked dry and they charge me extra as well in that case I should of just bought breadsticks and wouldn’t of been half the price
