Julia was quick and polite and was super helpful . We ordered the large stuffed crust pizza with everything on it. Less than fifteen minutes later we had a piping hot pizza. Looked good smelled good and was delicious. Will return again.

We ordered the other night and the food came and the bread sticks were flat and cheese bread was hollow. HOWEVER. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Alex, and he was super friendly and took the time to listen to me and help us out. We got a brand new order delivered to us and it looks great. I appreciate Alex taking the time to provide excellent customer service and fixing the issue promptly. Thank you Alex!

New ownership and management! We had such a great experience compared to past orders. I was having issues with the online ordering and called in. Ricardo was there to help! He was pleasant, kind and helpful! The pizza came piping hot and the added jalapeños at the last minute added just the right amount of heat! Perfect meal when you don’t feel like cooking!

Just as an FYI: When I requested paper plates, I was told that they no longer offer free paper plates for carry out orders. They are only for dine-in customers, which was surprising, considering they do not have tables. I have no complaints about the food or the service. We enjoy Papa John’s and will be back soon.

New update: When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told this location was out of the chicken poppers. The clerk (might have been a shift or store manager) was very apologetic and quickly offered to give me the pizza I had also ordered for free. Great customer service right there. It also another example of how the Papa John’s call center is not doing their franchisees any favors.
Decent pizza at okay prices. This location is fine, but Papa John’s overall is not the best. If you call to place an order, then be prepared for some weird call center system that features no one from the store you called. Not the best and just asking for miscommunications.
