General Owner/Manager Brian. Yesterday Diego refused to cancel my order. I called immediately since I ordered from the wrong state. He confirmed that the order wasn’t started, said that it was “my problem”, and said that the store never cancels or refunds orders. In less than 30 seconds he had already said all that with a bad attitude. I tried to reason with him but he hung up. I then called again and he proceeded to call himself the manager. I was furious but I explained to him that he’d be wasting his time if he started the order. Maybe he felt bad or something but he then admitted he wasn’t the manager and that my order hadn’t been started since I’m in a different state. He then said that he could cancel my order but that you – Brian – the manager/owner – would personally charge him for the pizza. He said call tomorrow and the manager will be there to help you. Now, I spoke with Julia today and she said you’re never there and that she didn’t approve of the policies Diego laid out. I want a full refund, especially since Diego confirmed that he never started my pizza since I was in a different state. The last digits of the order are # 4534410. I will be in contact with you. Please correct him. What despicable behavior. I know you wouldn’t stand for that behavior. I went to your store for 6 years and never had an issue. I accidentally ordered from there since I’m in a different state right now. I will be back soon and hope Diego gives the better side of your store because no one’s ever treated me with such hastiness and disrespect.

I go around to quite a few fast food places, restaurants, stores, ect, I love to review the quality of a place. From the minute I walked in I noticed a very clean restaurant and was greeted very politely. The man who was there unfortunately I wasn’t able to get his name but he had a slight limp if that helps the owner know who I’m talking about , he was very professional and was quick to get my order. He made it very quickly and exactly how I asked with no issues whatsoever . Usually there would be too much garlic but nope no issue , perfect amount of cheese for me, clean cut like I asked and the right amount of mushrooms just how I like it. Thank you guys for an amazing lunch . I will definitely come back and will recommend u to anyone I come across.

Papa John’s was always our go to spot for really good pizza. This location ranked all that for me. The pizza all looked old, tasted old and the frusta were all very hard. I ordered online and none of the crusts came out the way I ordered; flavor options not met. When I called in the guy told me to bring them back in the store that they could review with a Pizza look like and if they agreed they looked old then they would make me new. I live 22 mins away. 45 mins round trip…without traffic. I don’t want to bring the pizzas back. I just won’t be going back and will have to just forget about the $81 I spent and then also gave a $7 tip…total $88p

Came here bc the saugus location usually messes up my order. It was no different at this location tonight, I ordered a pizza with half cheese and half green pepper & pineapple, and the whole pizza had pineapple with half green pepper. The guy said on his screen it said half green pepper so idk why that would have happened. When I asked if we could just get a whole cheese for the inconvenience he was just “uhh like I guess” so they at least get 3 stars bc they made up for it. Wish papa John’s would stop messing up my orders bc I really love their pizza

On Wednesday 12 of this month, I went to get a pizza like every other week and for my surprise not the best experience. After I ordered I asked an employee for some extra sauces and one of them was garlic and probably it was my fault for not being specific but I wanted one cup of the sauce they use for their garlic bread. After I explain that he said he couldn’t sell that sauce because he was gonna get fire because the cameras were watching him. I told him I go to both store in santa clarita and they always sell it to me and he started asking for the names of the employees wich i never ask because i dont ask for their names because they are doing a hood job and i dont mind about the sauce but for this i already pay for the sauces so i ask for my money back for what he declined wantung me to get another sauce i dont want and all i wanted was or my money back or the sauce i wanted not what he wanted to give me, probablya minute after asking for my money he just told me to take it from tips. As for the employee i dont know his name but he had a piercing in his face and I’m ashamed of this company because I don’t know what is worse that instead of giving me a refund he just take money from tips money that is for every employee just because he don’t want to help the customer or the fact that he gets treated to get fire if he gives a cup of sauce.

I really like the pizza here but sadly I cant order for delivery being in canyon country. I called to ask if id be able to order 2 pepperoni pizzas through the uber eats app and put all the pepperoni from the 2nd one to the first. They dont make it accessible to order a double pepperoni pizza through the app. He told me no they cant do that. Im paying for it, not him. So i dont see why not. They dont appreciate loyal customers it seems

Terrible customer service. Spanish speaking man cursing over the phone 5 minutes ago because I called back due to being disconnected twice! Very rude and unprofessional, he demanded i gave him my card information over the phone and when I said, I’ll pay when I’m there he responded with ” Well, what If you don’t show up “?! Unbelievable! I can’t imagine them having faithful customers and what’s worse, they don’t care.

Oh boy, what a mess.
Ordered 3 pizzas, one side of garlic knots. When the food arrives, the garlic knots are missing, but the driver has already left. When I call the restaurant, first I’m on hold for ages, then I’m told they can’t correct the missing item because they use door dash drivers and it’s too complicated to fix an order because of that. At least I am told I’ll get a refund for that (hasn’t posted yet, so I don’t know), but when I finally do get to eat, the pizza is beyond cold, and just plain not good on top of them getting the toppings wrong. The thin crust pizza on our order – also not good.
It’s sad, because I love Papa John’s, but we won’t be ordering from this location again.
