I have been coming here for over 6 years. The owner ship changed after COVID and so did the service. The old staff was amazing and new their customers and were very pleasant. How ever now, you might as well buy a pizza from the grocery store and warm it up. The large over sized manager who doesn’t look well kept herself wants to yell at customers because of a homeless issue in the area. She should look at herself and learn to be a bit professional. I can guarantee you it will go along way. She needs to go. I won’t be coming back.

This has to be the worst Papa John’s location I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is beyond rude—they literally lock the door and make you wait outside like some kind of beggar, even when you have a confirmed order. Customer service is non-existent, and they act like they’re doing YOU a favor just by acknowledging your presence.
The order was delayed with zero communication, and when I dared to ask for extra condiments and napkins (after placing a large order, mind you), I got yelled at! Yes, YELLED AT—for simply requesting something that should be standard. The employees clearly hate their jobs and take it out on paying customers.
This place is an absolute joke. If you enjoy being treated like garbage while waiting forever for mediocre pizza, by all means, waste your money here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually values customers. Never coming back, and I suggest you don’t either.

Absolutely terrible experience. I had ordered more than $50 in food and right as I was getting ready to wayt for my delivery, my order is suddenly canceled without any notice or further information given. I had to personally call just to be told that they couldn’t do anything and that my money “may” be sent back to me a week later. Absolutely horrendous, no solution was given to me and I was basically just told to deal with it. Pathetic.

Bought 10 pizzas via postmates for the doctors working our LA fires. Canceled within 2 minutes of placing the order due to the estimated delivery time being later than originally said, then I was STILL charged for the full amount after canceling within 2 minutes of placing the order.
