I would give this location zero stars if that were possible. I placed a takeout order and, when I arrived, was told to wait 10 minutes. That wait kept increasing to 20, then 30, then 40 minutes. When I asked for an update again, an employee laughed at me and then told me the pizza had never been made at all. I asked for a refund, but they refused and told me to contact my bank instead. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience

Got my order in about an hour. Tracking didn’t work, so I called after 15 mins — they said it’d come in 15. Waited outside, nothing. Called again, the woman said she didn’t know when it would arrive and then rudely hung up. Cold pizza came 10 mins later. The woman was super rude. Not recommended.

I placed an order. 30 min later I get a call saying the address is wrong (when I have been delivered before to this same address multiple times before), then the associate gets impatient and chooses to cancel my order (per manager) without giving me the chance to speak to a manager to solve this issue. And on top of it, my money will be refunded from 3-5 business days. Horrible customer service and outcome from something so simple.

This place is trash. Save your money and time. I spent $50 on a large pepperoni pizza and this is what I get. I opened the box and this is what it looked like. Grease literally leaking through the box and the dough is soggy so I can’t even eat it. I didn’t order thin crust and that’s what they gave me. They didn’t even care to cut the pizza. I called and they had me on hold for 20 minutes and wouldn’t give me a refund. Never going back to them.

It was the promotion that made me order from Papa John’s . A Matter of fact I haven’t ate from papas John’s in years. See thou, I like Cool Ranch Doritos and they had a promotion with that papadia and it’s a fail it’s a flunked fail. A lack of Doritos dust and the pizza chesse is to mussy the dough is not fully cooked and as the pizza cools down cause it was delivered steaming hot, the pizza slice I mean papadia starts to fall apart. Nope it well be a couple more year maybe even never again at pap johns
