Generally arbys is my go to place for lunch but today it truly let me down. They have steak nuggets as a new item on the menu and so I thought I would try it. BIG MISTAKE!!!! The Mac n cheese was warm one side and cold in the middle, the fried onions were soggy and old and it was a huge disappointment. An employee came by and asked how it was and I said horrible but that my dog would eat and their reply was at least it’s not going to waste and that was it. I’ll rethink my choice next time

I only go to Arby’s when I crave some curly fries and tonight was one of those nights. I ordered one meal with a large curly fry and large drink. I assumed since it was an easy order, plus no rush, my food would’ve been correct. I returned home and was getting ready to eat when I notice a crinkle fry hanging out the box and so I just threw it to the side and was like, “Okay that’s fine, one fry fell into the box.” but as I started eating more and more curly fries more crinkle was showing at the bottom. I dumped the box and was very disappointed. As from the crinkle cut fried they look stale.

Pulled in & all the employees were sitting outside. Fine, whatever, it’s slow, I get it.
I was handed my food & the window was shut. Rude, but whatever, it happens.
Got home & the sandwiches were terrible made.
My wife’s had all the mayo on one side & mine had no cheese.
I see why your parking lot was empty now.
I paid $20 for this bs.

Last two times I tried to eat here the staff was too worried about the drive thru to pay attention to the lobby. They told us they had to catch the drive thru up before they could begin taking anyone’s order. Several of us walked out because of it. Tried it again a week later and the service was the same except they wouldn’t acknowledge anyone in the lobby. So walked out again. If Arby’s can’t focus on two things at once they need to close their lobby and only focus on the drive thru.

The food is always fresh, the tables are almost always clean and service is always great.
the only negative thing I have to say is most recently the manager was being passive aggressive and pretty rude (in my opinion, hostile) to one of the workers with every little thing she did. And I mean complete nit picking. And it was hard to eat listening to it happen.

My family and I stopped in to get a few things and the girl at the window was nice and friendly. But, we waited a really long time for our order. It wasn’t busy at all. There was 1 car in front of us and 1 behind us. The other people got their order while we waited. My husband told me to go check to see if our food was done. We’ll, I get in there I stood there and wasn’t greeted a s nobody looked up. Then the girl at the window had my order and was just standing there. The staff acted like they wanted to be somewhere else.
We love Arby’s, but just wish their service was better.

This is twice I went to get a roast beef curly fries and bring home two roast beef for my dog my roast beef were great what I have the problem with is the curly fries and the cup of cheese. I could not eat my curly fries twice in these two days I’ve been there period half a cup of cheddar for my curly fries first time the fries were so overdone I couldn’t eat them so my dogs got them and they could barely eat them yesterday when I went there once again the fries were so overcooked I couldn’t eat them the cup of cheese that you get for your curly fries it’s only half full and it was cold I am tired of this I love Arby’s but I am not going to keep going through the drive-thru and picking up stuff when I can’t even get a decent curly fries here. I only recommend a two at the most and I hate saying that because it’s just terrible
