We stopped to fuel up our vehicle and grab something quick to eat. Pizza? Why not? Customer service was prompt, professional and courteous. They offered suggestions (personal pan pizza). Ready in 10 minutes! But the pizza, PHENOMENAL! Hot, fresh and crispy. The BEST PAPA JOHN’S I have ever tried hands down. Will definitely stop here again. Thank you!

Even though it is in Shell, we had a really nice dine in experience. Philly Cheese Steak Pizza was amazing, Stuffed Crust just right. And also got made super quickly. Were so much pleasantly surprised. And just the best after long hiking day.

No common sense. Called the store there rep. was not helpful nor did she care. She said we would have called implying she knew that the pizza was ordered wrong. Rep. Just referred me to the delivery service I used. Rep. said next time use our delivery service. rep.would have a number to call to ask about the order. The delivery service i used is the communication ask the person to contact the customer. Knowing no one orders a pizza without sauce. Common sense tells you they mis understood the app. Admitting I did. I now know I have to dress my pizza from the sauce up. What a disappoint it was to the kiddos that received the pizza 40 miles away from me! I will talk with Ray!

Could not figure out dinner and have always been a Papa John’s fan. So I ordered and as usual was not disappointed. From Honolulu to Northern Minnesota to now New Mexico I have always had a great experience. Here in Silver City NM I placed my order for wings, pizza, breadsticks and soda online and the order was processed and delivered in under 30 minutes. It was wonderful and way more food than I could eat and very inexpensive (under $30 before tip). The food was amazing and the delivery driver was very polite. I highly recommend. Thank you to Silver City Papa John’s staff!!!!!!

Called in an order for pick up, they didn’t have sufficient dough for 3 of the 4 pizzas. They called to inform us of this after we placed our order earlier they told us we can get a medíum for the inconvenience, but we still had to pay the difference. Customer service is a joke at this location.

First time to PAPA JOHN’s here in Silver City. Got the SHAQ-A-RONI and the Chocolate Cookie. It is situated on one side of the SHELL gas station.

Super pleased! This was our first experience with Papa Johns Pizza delivery. Not only do they offer gluten-free crust, but it was super easy to order from the website and tasty to boot. The order arrived a good half hour earlier than anticipated and the delivery person was very professional and friendly and the entire order was correct.

This location is in a Shell gas station. They do have a couple tables if you want to dine in. The staff is always attentive and the food is consistent and fresh. Papa John’s is my favorite pizza joint by far.
