Very expensive pizza for poor quality. The vegetarian with no cheese tasted like nothing but onions. I could see the pineapple, but I could not taste them. Ingredients were sparse. The pepperoni pizza tasted like salt.
A tip was added to the bill, which I did not add. I was surprised after I placed the order that there was no instructions on adding a tip. It was added automatically, or I was manipulated into agreeing to it. There is a $6.41 tip that I did not authorize on top of the delivery fee of $4.99. All included, it was nearly $60.00 for 2 large (small) pizzas. Papa Johns did not deliver this pizza. Doordash delivered it.
They were nice enough to include the exact amount of discounts I received on the receipt.

Received a VM from branch manager ( Kylie- spelling???) she was apologetic and said she was going to credit my account for the 2 pizzas, I tried calling the number that was left with the VM, but the young person that answered the phone was very rude- I asked if Kylie was in- his response “Nah”, ok do you know when she will be in again “Nah”, so I asked you have no clue? Than he said 6..
Called back at around 8 that same nite and asked for Kylie again, response I received “I didn’t know”. OK, you dont know if your branch manager is in? Response “Who”. You Branch Manager is she in? Response ” oooooo no”,.
Ok do you know when she will be in? Response “NO”. If these young kids dont have enough since to carry on an intelligent conversation, how does Papa John’s expect them to make a pizza correctly?????
Still no refund back to my account!!!
1st pizza was a works, but only veggies that were really on it where olives, lacking meat. Asked for Xtra sauce and again they didn’t follow directions!
2nd pizza was a pepperoni with Xtra pepperoni and green chili, again only about two pepperoni on the whole pizza, but plenty green chili!
Last time I order from them again.
Only plus was delivery which was fast, now I know why ( don’t put items on the pizzas)!!

this incident occurred 1-25 at midnight. waited 10 minutes for an uber order, short kid ignored me while he swept the back room. then walks in two employees, one blonde bob and one half up brown haired girl, FROM OUTSIDE. blondie finally asks me what i want. i’m there for a delivery order. she says “oh we don’t have anymore orders for the night. someone else must’ve picked it up.” uhhhh shouldn’t u know that? instead of being outside? anywho, she then tells me they can’t make the order. doesn’t explain why. just says they can’t. so i had to cancel the order.

What a bummer of an experience. I walked into Papa John’s expecting a quick pickup and instead got a frustrating mess from start to finish. I gave my name and was immediately handed an order that was clearly not mine — you could tell just by looking at the boxes. When I pointed this out, the employee responded with an unnecessary and dismissive attitude, acting like I was the problem for questioning it.
After some back-and-forth, they finally found the correct order. When I opened it up, I noticed that I had paid extra for banana peppers, which were missing. I mentioned this, and instead of checking or fixing it, the same employee insisted they were there when they clearly were not. At that point, so much time had already been wasted and it was obvious they weren’t interested in helping, so I just left.
To make matters worse, the pizza was cold — even though I arrived early for pickup. Overall, poor service, poor attitude, and poor quality. Definitely not the experience you expect, and a huge disappointment.

Tried picking up pizza at 12:30pm on Feb. 17, 2026. Doors were locked. I tried calling. Nobody would answer the phone. Pounde on the door twice and nobody came. I find it hard to believe they just have one employee during lunch hour and that they were in the bathroom. These kids get lazier and lazier.

I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza, excited to enjoy the sweet and savory combination that I love. However, when it arrived, I was shocked to find only 10 tiny pieces of pineapple scattered across the pizza. While I don’t want to be overly dramatic, I felt incredibly let down by this. The lack of toppings made the whole experience underwhelming, and I can’t shake the disappointment I felt.
Moving forward, I think I’ll explore other pizza places that might offer a more satisfying experience—this just wasn’t worth the money I spent. It’s important to note that there were no additional pieces of pineapple under the cheese. Instead, the pizza had minimal sauce, a bit of pepperoni, the 10 pieces of pineapple, and an excessive amount of cheese on top. Personally, I feel like there is too much crust as well.

Very bad experience! We ordered a pizza for pickup but got the wrong pizza. I tried calling but I was put on hold and stayed on hold through the whole drive back to the location. It ended up being about 15 minutes or so on hold (they never answered). The lady (dyed red hair) that helped me when I got there was very unapologetic, and rude. She even made it sound like it was my fault that I was on hold for so long. There is a lot more to this story but, let’s face it, im sure they don’t really care about what I have to say anyways. I am very upset and will never go back im sticking with Domino’s from now on.

I’ve ordered from this store twice in the last 5 days, both times the food was made correctly, tasted as it should, and was reasonably warm still when it was delivered. My issue on BOTH orders was that the drinks I’ve ordered were ALL HOT when delivered!!! The first time, I figured it’s a 1 time thing. It happened AGAIN tonight, both of the Mt. Dews were HOT! Now it’s a habit, so I called the store. I asked to speak to a manager when a female answered the phone there. She stated she was a manager and asked how she could help. I told her about all of the drinks on both orders being hot. She stated that the store was not responsible for the temperature of items ordered and delivered!!! Excuse me??? It ABSOLUTELY IS the stores responsibility, then she said that the drink cooler in their store has been broken for over a week. She stated she didn’t know if anybody had been alerted to it being broken, so I asked her that as a “manager ” that she should know things like that. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything, but wanted to know why the drinks are always hot. She asked if there was anything else she could do, I asked for her name. She said “I’m one of the night managers here”, and so I asked her again, what is your name? She replied “thank you, have a good night” and hung up on me!!! VERY unprofessional, rude, and has no business being a manager, if she even really is! I’ve worked at pizza places in the past, and this wouldn’t be tolerated at any I’ve worked at! I won’t be ordering from here anymore…
