It’s just not good anymore, it used to really stand out in comparison, but now it’s just so-so, hit and miss, and way too expensive for that nonsense. Not worth $60 to $80 Last three times I’ve ordered there has been something wrong and while I’ve called to let them know, I didn’t ask for replacement or refund. Tonight was the last shot.. how do you make a Hawaiian pizza and forget the pineapple? The girl who I spoke with was obviously frustrated, but so was I. I just spent $60 after spending $80 on my prior two orders, waited an hour for tepid food that wasn’t what I ordered. She said fine we’ll remake it and then just hung up. That was an hour ago, have no idea if they even know where it’s going, she didn’t bother to get my name. Won’t be ordering again until this location improves. Seems like Papa John’s should monitor their franchises better, they just lost a customer.
Update: Just got the replacement pizza and it looks terrible. Almost all crust, looks more like a bowl. Still not going back.

I order from here pretty regularly. The consistency is definitely not what it used to be. I’ve gotten more than a few pizzas that were barely warm, super greasy, or not cut at all. Given where I live, it’s the only place that delivers so I’m not going to stop ordering, but it would be nice for a little more quality control.

Ordered pizza and wings to be delivered to Dewey. Manager Carlos was friendly and professional. Pizza was hot and fresh. Have not eaten wings yet as too full from pizza. Hopefully they will be yummy too

Very unhappy with this pizza. Order was done by phone to make sure it was done correctly and when it arrives via delivery the sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, onion pizza with onions on only one half looked like this. Should have had everything on one half and no onions on the one half. I guess it was just a communication error, but was a bit disappointed. Tastes good though.

This location needs better overall attention to basic business tenets. We have had 2 separate orders that were undercooked and if you call the this location for order assistance they refer you to their app rather than answering questions related to specials etc. When ordering from the Prescott location near downtown they are very accommodating over the phone and I have not received any orders that were undercooked. I would be embarrassed to manage or own this location and would work diligently to improve the culture at this facility. The delivery people are great and are efficient.
