I’m a regular Dasher and was at the Estrella Pkwy location yesterday. I was shocked and appalled by the behavior of the manager, Michelle. After a helpful young employee handed me a pizza bag for my pickup, Michelle immediately began yelling at her—right in front of me and at least two other customers.
The aggression was instant, completely unprovoked, and utterly lacking in professionalism. There was absolutely no reason to speak to a team member so harshly over such a simple request. It was uncomfortable and upsetting to witness.
If this is how Michelle treats her staff in front of customers, I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors. This kind of toxic leadership creates a hostile work environment and is unacceptable. I strongly urge management to take appropriate disciplinary action. No employee should be subjected to that kind of verbal abuse.

This is the second time my order has taken well beyond the quoted pick up time. I ordered at 5:10, it said pickup was at 6:13. Arrived at 6:15 and was told it would be another 30-40 minutes! It’s 2 medium pizzas and 10 wings! Then when I checked again they said my order still wasn’t on the screen so it would be another 20 minutes. The manager with her cat leash and cat tail has no concept of what customer service is. This place is horrible and the employees get the brunt of it because the manager doesn’t know how to run a store. 0/10

Would give 0 stars if possible. Placed order online through app but while I received an email confirmation it didn’t show in app. Called in to confirm order and was placed on hold for OVER 10 minutes!! After confirming order and pickup time, went to pickup pizza. Pizza was TERRIBLE. The toppings were NON EXISTENT even though they were PAID FOR!! The sauce on the wings was not even covering half of the chicken. The bacon cheese sticks had bacon barely on half of it. ALL AROUND THE WORST experience from Papa John’s. DONT EAT HERE

The pizza is good, order was right but as I was walking in to pick up my order after driving in from California… one worker was upset and speaking aloud in front of me and several other customers about why I had 2 separate orders. I find it unprofessional to speak in a negative manner about customers in front of customers. There was 2 orders because the website had 50% off but wouldn’t let me use it for 2 pizzas so I had no other choice than to submit 2 orders to keep the discount.

We have ordered pizza and dessert here a few times. They always have our order correct and on time. We have never received burnt food or sloopy work. We enjoy getting the stuffed crust pizza and the cookie or brownie – always a hit in our household.

I door dash and I get orders here frequently and I dread it every time because I know my orders are going to take forever. My last experience here, I was waiting for an order- was told it would be another 5 minutes until it was ready. I had three different employees ask me what order I was waiting for again as I was sitting here 20 minutes past the time I was supposed to pick up- turns out they basically forgot to put my last pizza in on time. Once my order was finally ready I was given zero apologies for the inconvenience. The staff here is unreasonably slow, has horrible customer service and doesn’t help or notice people in a timely matter for a store that is supposed to be strictly to-go orders.

Manager is awful. Food was inedible at best. I will NEVER order from any franchises owned or managed by Jody. The service both here and at the Dysart location was horrendous. Ordered extra pepperoni and sausage. Food was dry and burnt. Go to Dominoes. I will from here on out. Shame I can’t give zero stars.
