Have not ordered from papa John’s in over 20 years. Saw commercial for papadias. Thought I would try again. Regretting that decision. They use Uber eats to deliver. I don’t like. Their commercials claim their dough is hand made and never frozen. There is no way in heck that is true. The crust was the worst part. The meat and seasonings in the papadias was good. But the crust tasted old and bland. Same for the XL new york pizza. Toppings and sauce was good. The pizza crust was not good at all. I will not order or visit this establishment again.

After I spoke with Alex, and I mentioned that I want my pizza light sauce. It comes with extra sauce I called the store to complain. One very root answered me and says, I’m the one who mate this pizza, and this is a light sauce and he hang up the phone on me. What it’s rude customer service 0 out of 10

Order the half pepperoni and half bacon pizza and the new twix candy bread bites online. Went to pick up the order. Got home To see this. They burnt the twix bread things. And put nasty butt load of anchovies on my pizza. Called the manager told her and she said I ordered it that way….. Not worth $23 burnt bucks… So disgusting and disappointed.

Three times in a row, ordered over the course of three months, I’ve had pizza arrive that had been cut unevenly. Four big slices on one side, four tiny slices on the other side. Honestly, I’m so surprised by the consistency, I’m starting to wonder if this is just a feature and not lack of care.
They’ve also begun to outsource delivery orders to third party apps such as doordash, uber eats, etc. Your order will take much longer than usual to arrive, and by the time it does, it will be cold. Coupled with the uneven slices, you’ve got nothing but disappointment to look forward to.
First time I figured it was just a fluke – maybe just a busy night, I thought. Second time I was starting to get pretty annoyed, learned they were outsourcing delivery orders. Third time and I’ve given up. Too many chances for subpar pizza.

My husband got this pizza and it sucked no flavor no looking good or tasting i will never pay for a papa John’s pizza again .. yuck did not even eat more then this had to put cheese on it still sucked. Whats wrong with food places these days .wow wont let me post a Pic of it

april 6, 2019…ordered food at 8:50pm said pizza an wins done by 9:08pm an walk in to pay an kid with glasses didnt even respond to me an so i spoke up an said im here to pay for my food an said oh your food wont be ready for awhile, i havent even said my name or what my order was an he said unless i ordered over an hr ago then its ready. its well over the time to be ready. i dont know who was in charge or why he even said what he did but thats not customer service at all. this is the 1st time for being customer walk in but other was the wrong pizza made. i tried to pay for it aswell an didnt even hear me 2times so i walked out…
