I found hair baked into my cheese bread and called to have it remade. I was told it would be ready at 9, but when I arrived, nothing had been made. The manager offered no apology and explained it wasn’t entered into the system despite him knowing about it, and they decided to wait until I showed up. Completely unacceptable service. The hair in the food was black and curly. The manager had longer black hair and a black beard. Perhaps he should be retrained on food safety and handling. The hair was literally throughout the entire thing.

Albert, the district manager was exceptional and a true pleasure to speak with. The store was mid crisis on a Friday night, and he led and helped his team to provide exemplary customer service. Making sure that the customer’s know they are valued. As far as the food goes, who doesn’t like Papa John’s? Glad to see more competitive pricing as well.

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered pizza on Super Bowl Sunday evening and it was a complete joke. There was barely any cheese, and the bottom of the crust looked burnt. What was delivered looked nothing like the advertised pizza, which shows a white, cheesy, well-made pie. Instead, it felt like eating dry bread with sauce and some random toppings tossed on. I used to love Papa John’s and had real nostalgia for it, but this was a huge disappointment after coming back after a long time. I sincerely hope this disaster is limited to this location and not a reflection of Papa John’s current standards.

Moving is stressful. Moving while hungry is just dangerous! The Papa John’s website wasn’t working so I had to call the store. They were pleasant and very fun to speak with. They found a solution and gave us all hope again. We were all starving and unbearably grumpy.
The pizza showed up super fresh and hot AND I smiled as I read the lil note they left in the dessert box. Thank you for being amazing and turning this stressful day into a wonderful day by providing a lunch break filled with smiles. Whoever was working this store at 1045 on 6.15… give them all a raise!

The app is writing checks the employees can’t keep up with. App said pickup order would be ready in 15 min, we then waited in the store with 7 other orders for 20+ more minutes. Just tell me they need 35+ min. This is a corporate problem. The employees were still greeting everyone that walked in, and they were hustling to crank out orders. This was not their fault. But it was still hot and crowded, and there is only seating for 4 people.

Food was late to be made, staff were rude about making it. Staff wouldn’t accept a coupon from my child’a school for student of the month, and were rude about that as well. Quality of the food was terrible, flat doughy pizza, that honestly kind of tasted like nothing. Times are tough and money is tight, I wouldn’t recommend wasting it here.
