I’m from South Korea And, moved to this area recently! I sometimes feel homesick and miss my family. However, getting cronuts in Marcella’s helped me A LOT feeling better. Finding your favorite donut shop is always good choice to settle in well in the new place
Luckily, on my first visit of this shop today, it was actually national cronut day! So I got to try different flavors of freshly baked cronuts! I can’t wait to visit this shop again, and try donuts too

The best customer service! We walked in and we were instantly greeted and offered to pick a few donuts to sample. We sampled some and got a few. They are extremely friendly and the donuts are amazing 6/5 surpassing the max!! The customer service is in the best top 5 I have experienced and this is a MUST STOP!!!

Apparently smiling is a requirement to purchase donuts from this store.
I stopped at this location Friday to pick up a half dozen donuts. The employee that took my order was courteous and helpful. No issues there at all.
It wasn’t until after the sale was complete that another (older) employee decided to speak to me and said “At least you can smile for your donuts.”
Seriously? I’m supposed to smile because I’m trading money for goods? What’s it to you that I’m not smiling? Never have I been treated that poorly in the previous seven years I’ve visited this store. No other business that I have visited has cared as to whether I’m smiling or not.
Even though there was a LOT I was thinking, I simply said “No” and when she was obviously upset that I wasn’t willing to play her game I added “I’ll determine what I smile about, thank you!”
In the past, I’ve enjoyed visiting this store because it’s close and the donuts have always been good. But now I’m willing to drive a little further to another local bakery that won’t be offended if I’m not smiling.

We are so happy we chose Marcella’s to cater the doughnuts for our wedding reception. If my sister didn’t save some for us to enjoy at the end of the night, we would have missed them! Everyone loved them and it wasn’t long til they were all consumed! We had a positive experience working with the staff at Marcella’s and they truly wanted to make sure everything was perfect. The team assisted with the planning process and delivered the freshly made doughnuts to our venue which was a huge bonus!

Oh my!! Let me tell you about this place… They have the best donuts hands down. I go to both locations and omg when I tell you their donuts are to die for. I always grab me the Baker dozen and take it to work or just for me myself and I haha. Their customer service is unbelievable and very friendly people that works here. I will never stop eating and recommending them to my friends and family. Keep being amazing Marcella’s.

Great little donut shop for specialty donuts. Various types of fruit flavors. The only downside is that the price is expensive. If you want just a regular donut without toppings or fillings, the price is too high.
