Unfortunately the person who took my order was wrong, lied to me, and it was a mess. We ordered 7 pizzas for my son’s party that were never made after I called twice to confirm they were ready and on their way. It was strange being lied to telling me they were on their way and should arrive in 15 minutes when the pizzas weren’t even made. It was so bizarre, I hope that employee was fired. We had to pick it up and ended up eating over an hour later than planned. And the pizzas weren’t as good as usual, they were dry/missing sauce and cheese and cold. Such a bad experience 🙁

Needs new manager. Sandra the incompetent manager thinks it’s ok to have my order ready in 36 minutes instead of the 20 minutes quoted online after placing order. They don’t update the tracking at this location. She says it’s the online system and it’s not their fault they’re busy. What she fails to understand is since they don’t input tracking status data, the online system can’t estimate properly. She said she’d refund my order but I can’t take the food. She was unwilling to discount a future order but was ok throwing good food away at cost and me walking out with nothing after waiting 36 minutes. Horrible customer relations and I don’t need an ego contest with a manager that’s in the wrong. Your franchise owner should fire you as you’re losing customers over your bad customer service and it shows with the unexpectedly bad reviews at this location.

Not going back to this location. Looks dirty inside and saw one employee wipe their face with their hand and go back to making pizza. Very unsanitary conditions. They seriously need to be inspected and train their staff on how to handle food.

Getting pizza from this location has been a joke for quite a long time I gave up for over a year and then try it again a few days ago. And same old same old. Told it was an hour for delivery as we’re closing in on an hour and 15 minutes nothing still shows being prepared. I then call and they’re telling me it just now came out of the oven and it’s probably going to be around another hour or so. So once again I ended up canceling my order. There really is no point in trying to get pizza from here. I went with DoorDash and hungry Howie’s and like service should be I got my food in 30 minutes.

Placed an order online with a wait time of over an hour. No big deal it’s a Friday night so I get it. We saw the delivery guy on our ring door bell walk up to the door and then walk away.. no pizza left. We waited 10 minutes and decided to call the restaurant to see what happened and was informed that our order was delivered to the wrong house and that the driver was working on getting our pizza back. Insinuating that they were going to take the pizza back from the people they delivered it to and redeliver it to us. We told them that we would not feel comfortable taking a pizza that was handled by someone else that wasn’t a Papa John’s employee. The girl on the phone started sounding really annoyed and rudely said “I guess we can remake it then but like we are really busy so it will take another hour or more.” We told them that was unacceptable and just to cancel our order and refund our money which she replied “fine It’s cancelled” and hung up the phone. Trust me I work in the service industry and get that mistakes happen but their refusal to accept responsibility or sheer lack of an apology was just unacceptable. I would recommend to avoid this Papa John’s location if possible. We have been ordering from here for years but as of recently they just can’t seem to get things right, not sure if it’s a management change but something isn’t working here anymore. This isn’t our first time having an issue with this location hence why I am leaving a review.

Had an awful experience with Papa Johns that resulted in getting no pizzas. On 6/10/22 I called and placed a order for pick up 10:15am for the the next day. I called the morning of 6/11/22 and a employee told me she didn’t see a order placed and the pizza and wouldn’t be ready until 10:30. I said okay and told her I wanted 5 cheese and pepperoni. She told me rudely she need to stop wasting time and get onto my orders. I later arrived at 10:30 and she told me she still didn’t see a order placed even though I have placed 2 times now. So I had to go else where to get the pizzas for the event my company was hosting. A lot of miss communication and poor customer by that one employee

I ordered several Pizzas to be delivered for the full fee and generous tip to a work crew we had in queen creek az. Your store manager cancelled my order without even calling me because she said it was ordered 10 min before they open the store! She nor anyone else even bothered to call, my crew went without lunch as a result. I did receive a worthless email that I read later in the day. I believe this is a true reflection of your company’s lack of leadership and care for customers. You management team referred to me on the phone as, “unsympathetic” ~when it was clearly your own disregard and lack of customer care that allowed this to happen.

I ordered a large pizza, 10pc chicken, & a bowl. It took almost 2 hours to get here when this location is literally 10 minutes away from my apartment. When it FINALLY got here, the large cheese pizza(ended up being a medium) was cold, the chicken was cold, and my “bowl” was disgusting I couldn’t even eat it. I had to re-heat my kids pizza in the air fryer. My bill was around $37.00 , they automatically charge you around $6.00 for a delivery charge, and online I tipped $10.00…. My bill was $52.78…..Not worth it!!!!Needless to say, I will NOT be ordering from Papa Johns again

We are regular Papa John customers. This location has major issues. Jessica, the “Boss” treats customers horribly and has a difficult time handling stress. Don’t even try coming here on a busy weekend night unless you want to be yelled at. We came into the store to pick up on our way home 30 minutes after ordering and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I simply said that we’re told it would be ready and she snapped and said it would be ready when it’s ready and I could gladly go somewhere else. She did this to several others as we sat there waiting for our pizza. Good pizza, unacceptable service.
