The Gentleman working tonight. I ordered carry out BTW. I filled him in on my situation & he Completing looked out for me as a female/human.
I told him my dolly had been vandalized on the back side of oreillys & to watch out for there’s. He went into Complete security mode. Gave me advise & said, if the door is open at the back & if u need help dont hesitate.
Rare to get this anywhere.
I wish I new his name.

They messed up my order. When I called for them to fix it I was put on hold, decided to call from another phone and was hung up on. Called back got someone but then the other line finally picked up. I said my order was wrong and would have appreciated clarification. The guy interrupted and said “it’s been refunded” and click…
I didn’t want a refund just wanted to know why they switched one of my ordered items for a different one without saying anything.
We opened the desert to find it like that.

no hair cap no gloves which is fine if the lady making the pizza actually washed hands but no! the lady in the front took the order qent directly to make the pizza with those same gross hands.

My order was extremely disappointinh. The pizza arrived cold, and the flavor ranged from bland to sour The taste was from bland to a sour taste. After one bite, I knew it was a complete waste of money. I won’t be ordering from Papa Johns again.

We ordered pizza and wings after seeing an ad on TV for the Shacaroni pizza. The app said it would arrive in 29 minutes, 25 minutes later it said it would arrive in 19 minutes, then 25 minutes later I called and the “manager” said let me check on it and put me on hold for 5 minutes and then he hung up on me. While on hold my food finally arrived. The pizza was actually cold, not just not hot or warm, it was cold. The wings were barely warm and the Twix dessert was not even eatable. I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered!!

My delivery took way too long. I was told an estimated time of 35min. After 56 min I called and asked if I should just pick it up myself. I was told there was an issue with the driver. The driver told me they were busy picking up other orders they were scheduled. I don’t think it was the drivers fault. The pizza was perfect and exactly what I ordered.

I don’t expect much from pizza joints such as Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, etc. But this was extremely disappointing, I wouldn’t even disrespect the homeless guys that hangout near your store by offering them this pizza.
For starters the pizza took a really long time to arrive. We ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza with some wings. When our order arrived, the wings were hot but the pizza was cold. The jalapeños on the pizza were clearly just thrown on top of the pizza after it was baked which leads me to believe that they had an extra pepperoni pizza laying around and threw some jalapeños on it, hence why we ended up with a cold, hardened cheese, POS pizza.
Were it not for the wonderful marketing behind the new Garlic Parmesan seasoning added to the chew toy that Papa calls a crust, we would not have even bothered to order. Luckily, we used some bogus coupon code and got this garbage at a discount that still seems unfair as the only viable option was to dispose of it as soon as possible.
Feels like we paid just to take out Papa Johns’ garbage…and on Veterans Day nonetheless. How dare you disrespect America?
Shame on you and your clever marketing of subtastic big box pizza!
