Who would’ve known a small town restaurant in Iowa would provide not only great tasting Mexican food but friendly service. I was impressed with the large portion sizes for the price you pay. The only compliant I had was that the bathroom was a little dirty and there was a trash can on top of the toilet. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you are ever in the area!

Food was excellent and service was great. I stopped by for lunch and had pollo chipotle, the flavor was amazing. I went back for dinner and had another good experience. Complimentary tortilla chips were served warm and the salsa had some kick to it, which wasn’t overwhelming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I had been told this was the best mexican restaurant in town so maybe my expectations were too high. I ordered the Tres Rios and it was a bit dry. The roasted chili side dish was very good. I will visit again and see if the experience improves.
