I wish i could give more stars. The pizza is almost always perfect. The manager is so nice and understanding here. The other workers are just as great. I’m from Chicago, and I approve this pizza. (My wife says I’m not a foodie so that means nothing, but the point is, it’s dang good pizza) The best of fast food pizzas. Get the app for sweet deals and great prices. They’ll text you when they know you want a pizza.

The worker that opened this morning got mad because I asked him to wash his hands before he remade my order after he answered the phone and touched numerous of things. Food safety is super important and he was truly upset after I watched him rinsed his hands instead of washing them. Huffing and puffing the whole while..will never get another microbial pizza from them again

Good discounts, delicious pizza! We usually get this a lot in LA so it was really ni e to see there was a papa John’s near our Airbnb . Really good customer service here! I forgot to take pics of our pizzas but they were delicious lol

The last two times I’ve ordered from this papa johns they have put way too much sauce on my pizza and they put most of it in the middle of the pizza. I noticed it the first time but didn’t think it would be a consistent issue. The second time I ordered I got light sauce which ended up being almost no sauce. I also ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with normal sauce and it had all the sauce in the middle and little sauce everywhere else. We ate two slices and didn’t eat any more because of how much sauce there was on the pizza. Also this time all of the toppings were in the middle of the pizza as well. I like papa johns but would not recommend this location.

Would have given the place 4 stars, but one of the pizzas we ordered was not correct and we did not notice until getting back to the house. I called immediately to ask for a replacement pizza, after getting through all the AI ordering non-sense and speaking to an actual shift manager, they claimed it was my error and not theirs and would not offer to replace the wrong pizza. So decent food, terrible customer service!

The lady there was very rude and unprofessional! Totally ignore me while I was just trying to pick up my order. She was too busy organizing pizza box! Terrible customer service! Pizza was doughy and topping falls off when you pick it up to eat! We used a fork n knife to eat. I also included the picture of the hot pepper that comes with the pizza! Totally unacceptable!

We ate here while on vacation and the service was great. When we ordered pizza next at home, my app defaulted to this location and I didn’t realize. Luckily we were able to reach out by phone and they helped us resolve the situation. Will eat here again when we are in the area.
