Don’t order your food from this papa Johns we had our food delivered and someone had taken a bite of the cinnamon bread. There were smudges on the outside of the box from where they had dug their hands into the cinnamon bread then grabbed the other box!! And it was late!! None of the boxes had sticker seals on them!!! Beware!!

Look, pizza is Papa John’s, no better or worse, if you like Papa John’s you’ll like this. The reason they get one star is because the inside of their shop is extremely chaotic with no one ever knowing what’s going on, and their tracking app is straight up busted. Consistently (at least 3 times now) the app has told us the pizza is done, and we end up waiting another 45-60 minutes inside the store with the chaos after that for our pizza. Don’t go here unless you plan an extra hour to get pretty mediocre pizza

This hasn’t been the best location for me. The wait has always been long. The pizza is really good and I love how they give you the garlic dipping sauce with your pizza. Last time I ordered here, I ordered on the app. The wait was long. I got the text saying our order was ready. I went in to pick it up and they couldn’t find my order so they had to remake it which took longer. I would give this location 3 stars but they gave me a full refund for my pizzas so I ended up getting them for free which was nice so it gets 4 stars for that.

I try to leave equal good reviews and bad reviews unfortunately this one is bad. I know this is Halloween, but you should be ready for the holiday We downloaded the app and ordered 2 pizzas and some garlic knot a 4 pm and scheduled a 5:15 delivery. I called the store at 5:30. They still hadn’t started the order . They said it may be there by 6:15 -6:30 but we can’t guarantee it Perfect! We will all be gone trick or treating by then and have hungry kids. They said sorry, but 2 hours to get a pizza delivered is a little over the top. Im not sure what it will taste like when it comes because we are leaving now. Maybe it’s good cold pizza. Generally this location has been good. There’s only been one time of many visits where something wasn’t cooked through (super doughy garlic knots). Generally the pizza is good, on time, and no complaints. The free papadia that gets thrown in occasionally is also nice in addition to the rewards.

Our delivery was 15 later than the latest estimated delivery time. Upon opening the boxes the food was cold. And there was an OPEN garlic sauce that had spilled all over the chicken bites and leaked into the breadstick box.

Haven’t ordered Papa John’s for over 10 years. I ordered online and picked up my order. I don’t tip when I pick up. It dawned on me that my lack of tip may have been the reason why one of my ordered toppings (on receipt) was missing. It wasn’t noticed until I was home.

I ordered a pizza with light sauce. They gave me light cheese instead. There was so little cheese you could see the red sauce all over the pizza. There was supposed to be chicken and pineapple. There was about 10 tiny slices of chicken on the pizza. Most of the slices had no chicken. My husband ate some before I got home and he thought it was just a plain pineapple pizza. That’s how little of chicken there was. I also ordered some garlic parmesan chicken wings. When they arrived they were gooey and rubbery. I had to put them in the oven to crisp them up. Highly unsatisfied with this visit.

I hadn’t been to Papa John’s in years, so me and some friends decided to go back. We were very impressed with the quality and taste of the pizza, and their shockingly good ranch. For “fast food” pizza, this might take the cake. The service is fine, but doesn’t stand out in any way, nor does the atmosphere.
