The food is bland and overpriced, even their drinks taste like there is dirty tap water mixed in. Paying 15 dollars for 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches is just ridiculous. All these fast food places are becoming horrible

I have dined here many times and have only had one issue with the food. The problem I had was that a worker filled my nugget order with what had to be the ” nugget shake” or “nugget schwag” at the bottom of the bag. If you have had the pleasure of sampling Arby’s nuggets you will understand that they blow all other fast food nuggets away.
I wasn’t able to return my nugget shake because I picked it up through the drive through and was already miles down the road when I uncovered true horror.
Because I am a busy body, I reached out to corporate headquarters. I actually praised them in this email. I left the transaction number in hopes of them tracking down the batch number….hoping that they could improve how the nuggets are packaged.
Plus, it would have been nice to at least get my nuggets compensated, but I all I received was a letter thanking me for my email!
Back to this particular location: The physical, sit down portion of the restaurant always looks GREAT. Cleanliness goes a LONG way in this business.
Customer service is hit or miss. Some make us feel welcome while others are like the iced over dead, yet none are gregarious.
Speed at the drive through leaves much to be desired. I assume its the companies fault for not staffing the location with the appropriate number of workers. I’d be willing to bet that they don’t allow people fulltime work either…. 🙁
Overall, this place has amazing, fresh food that is served in a calmly lit atmosphere.

I will never eat there again after being served rotten beef. It was green and grey. My granddaughter even asked me why was it green?? I didn’t want to make a scene infront of her, so we just left- after paying 15.00 for rotten food

The food is great. However, they don’t hire people capable of looking at orders before they are made. Every single time that I go there and order food, they get my order wrong. Every single time. I order one sandwich plain and they cannot seem to read the order on the screen and make it right. I don’t know. Maybe they should visit the eye doctor, maybe they should get new employees who graduated high school. ♀️ ♀️
