Today is a sad day. Papa did me dirty and refused to make it right. Because of that, they lost a long time loyal customer. I asked for well done on my Hawaiian, they haven’t done that for me for the past half dozen orders. I wanted a pepperoni pizza to go with it. This is what I got. After calling them they said that, since my hungry kids didn’t want to wait another 40+ minutes for the right pizza, there was nothing they could do because they had to have the cheese pizza back. Shameful.

My husband ate most before I could get a pic, but we ordered a half and half pizza. They completely forgot one topping on one half, and put two toppings over all the pizza that should have only been on one half. Not worth going back for a replacement. The wait was also ~5 mins longer than estimated when we ordered. 2 stars because my husband asked to switch a dipping sauce and the just gave him an extra sauce and didn’t charge him.

Called in a order for a couple pizzas, it took over an hour to arrive and when we got them, one was very burned and both were cold…. Extremely disappointed. According to our receipt, they were “out for delivery” 45 minutes before they arrived.

Normally my experience here is fine. But two days ago I ordered six pizzas for a dinner for 15 people at about 2:30 PM for pick up at about 6:30 PM. This would give me a 30 minute buffer before my dinner at 7 PM. When I arrive shortly before 6:30 PM I was informed that they had 200 orders and there was a two hour delay. Knowing that that would not work for my deadline at 7 PM, I was forced to cancel my order and scramble for a fast food solution. I understand that sometimes companies are bogged down with orders, but the fact that no communication was made to inform me that my pizza was going to be delayed up until the last minute when I arrived, is unacceptable. Disappointing experience.

rude delivery driver, i was dog sitting at someone’s home and i’m a sahm with a husband in school, we tipped as much as we could. As we are dog sitting to earn money. the delivery driver circled the tip and wrote boo, because they saw the place and assumed because it was a big house. i was the owner as i’m dog sitting. BEYOND RUDE. i have a picture and receipt hoping the manager reaches out, terrible service.
