First time Papa John experience. Pizza was 7 out of 10, barely tasted any sauce. The driver was delightful. If you charge $4.50 for delivery, your driver is NOT getting a additional tip, you just took their tip, give it to them yourself. A $12.00 order had a final cost of $19.28. The person who took my order by phone was deceptive and pushy. I ended with some congealed coagulated butter garlic sauce that I had no need for, but apparently paid eighty cents each for the privilege of having them included inside my box, touching and contaminating my food before it ever reached me. That is unacceptable anywhere. I was able to eat the slices that had not been contaminated, but given the uneven disproportionate application of toppings, there were only three slices, of a large pizza, that were correctly assembled, unfortunately, they were also contaminated slices. I appreciate cultural diversity, but some accents are very challenging for hearing challenged persons when communicating by phone. Hidden costs, demands for additional tips ATER the business owners stole the first one under the guise of a “delivery fee”, there were olives on only three slices of a large pizza, where the tomatoes are, I have no idea, but they’re not on the pizza, as ordered. The order desk had large communication challenges, and my was food contaminated with plastic cups inside the box. Do you KNOW how filthy those little cups of sauces are? I don’t not recommend. I will not be purchasing from here again.

Ordered a pizza and a side, and after an hour and a half called to check on the order. Employee on the phone said the order had been delivered and signed for by one of my roommates, yet none of them had done so after checking with them. The guy then tried to tell me that my apartment complex had three floors even though it only has two, after accusing me of trying to scam them.

Today is a sad day. Papa did me dirty and refused to make it right. Because of that, they lost a long time loyal customer. I asked for well done on my Hawaiian, they haven’t done that for me for the past half dozen orders. I wanted a pepperoni pizza to go with it. This is what I got. After calling them they said that, since my hungry kids didn’t want to wait another 40+ minutes for the right pizza, there was nothing they could do because they had to have the cheese pizza back. Shameful.

We have been here several times and it is now our go-to pizza place! Tonight we placed an order @11:40 (Papa John’s closes at midnight btw) when we came to pick up all the employees were super friendly and even though they were busy with other orders and surely worked until late they were very positive and cheerful! I’m giving them the 5 stars for that last minute order which was amazing and for their consistent awesome customer service and quality pizza!

Ordered and never received the Pizza, website never said it had been delivered, both with texting the driver and talking on the phone to the store neither helped and insisted that the pizza was delivered. Ended up getting a refund, hopefully.

Not the first time ordering, normally good pizza but this time it came with something special inside! Guessing a peice of the sauce packaging.
Manager blamed morning prep, and offered a remake. We declined, but was really disappointed she didnt take responsibility. Otherwise I’d have just brushed it off. Will order again for sure. Call it a fluke.

Horrible.under cooked manager said to call later and they would redo my order for free. They conveniently lost my number and name. Not a happy customer.

An order arrived over an hour late once and the pizza was lukewarm. At the time, I didn’t do anything. They were using Doordash and they were friendly when we thought I wasn’t getting the pizza. But when I called saying it arrived, all they said was thank you for letting them know and that was it. No trying to please a dissatisfied customer. But I shrugged and thought oh well and went about my night. That was that.
But this time I have to say something. I ordered from them a 2nd time and was not much pleased again. They were quick with my order. That was great. I didn’t have to wait all that long but when I opened the box, all the pizza was squished to the side and to make things worse, I couldn’t contact them to complain! I kept getting some weird error message on my phone when I tried calling them. I called other Papa John stores just fine hoping they knew how to contact or connect me to them and no luck. I think I’ll stick with Domino’s.
