Need to update hours on Google. I showed up at 8:30 on 8/18/23 wanting a good sandwich after driving. Google says they close at 9 PM. Door was locked and workers were cleaning up. Worker said they closed at 8. Please update your hours so others know that you close at 8.

I usually have great service with Jimmy John’s but I have to say that this was the worst. The guy at behind the counter saw me walk in but barely even acknowledged me, and he looked high when he did finally walk over to me. Then he made the sloppiest sandwich I’ve ever had at Jimmy John’s. When I saw why he was doing I actually asked for better bread slices and he replied, “that’s just the way they come.” Not great customer service and I don’t believe what he said was true because I get the same sandwich every time and other locations somehow avoid serving bread that has been smooshed. Slow, rude service and poor quality… not what I expect from Jimmy John’s.

This location has gone so far downhill in the last couple years. Hardly ever staffed or open on regular hours. The last sandwich I ordered was so poorly made that I had to reconstruct it at the table right after I got it. The guy just slapped it together carelessly. I would not be shocked if this place is closed in a few months. If you’re looking for a sandwich in Dillon just go to Cheba Hut.

My experience started being bribed with a chocolate chip cookie to leave a good review here. After our sandwiches were made and placed on the counter we asked which one was which, because they weren’t labeled, and got a shrug. I ordered the new beefy crunch sandwich that was being promoted and this is how it came out, 4-5 slices of cheese just clumped on top? Pretty poor experience considering they had just asked for good reviews and then serve this up. Won’t be back.

Saw the new owners sign and tried it out today. Short story short, got the beach club. Nicely made and tasty. Quality service and sandwich. I will be back, maybe even tomorrow. Can never get enough beach club.

I’m only leaving this order as a warning to people placing online orders. I am a hard working local who has been burned multiple times trying to order a lunch while I’m working. Call the store before placing an order to make sure they are open. I am very sympathetic to not having the staff to open, not upset about that. I also work nonstop, one of the reasons I don’t have time to try to chase down a refund for food I don’t receive. Just DO NOT place an online order if you haven’t actually talked to someone in this location, they may not be there and no one will refund the order.

Never open! Stopped by in August during business hours. Dark and closed down. I thought I would try again last week. I get to the door and I’m told they are out of bread at 3:45pm. Just stopped by it’s 4pm lights on two employees inside but the door was locked. When I got their attention they just shook their heads no. At the very least turn off your fresh smells sign so I don’t even bother parking and getting out of the car! JJs needs to revoke this franchise owners store. If they can’t pay a living wage to keep a store running with employees it’s just dragging the whole brand down.
