Horrible. I just got 5 minutes down the interstate and opened my sandwich. It was a chicken bacon ranch toasted. There was NO CHICKEN IT WAS NOT TOASTED. This was the worst experience. I just had an operation and all I wanted was a sandwich. Check your order. I paid $13 for trash.

Your wrong providing the delivery option on the app. Uber eats delivers. Of course its been an hour, this person is driving from loveland. I drive a semi im not moving it. Comfort inn is in the same plaza. Cancel your delivery option from the app if you arent able to do it. Thank you anyways.

Placed an order for delivery. At 11:27 it was flagged as received at store. I finally called at 11:55 and was told the order was ready but the manager had to deliver it. Waited until 12:10 when it was finally delivered. I waited 40 minutes and then got a sob story about how they are under staffed and he couldn’t deliver until after 12. I’m sorry that’s not my problem. If there is staffing issues and deliveries cannot be made in a timely manner then it shouldn’t be offered. I have never had to wait that long for a Jimmy John’s delivery and wish I would have ordered from somewhere else. I didn’t have a vehicle or this wouldn’t have been an issue.

Sandwich had old water-logged cucumbers and was made haphazardly and w/o care. Seems freaky fast equates to sloppy. Only time JJ’s is worth it is with coupon – and barely. Sadly – JJ’s falls way short of subway and other sandwich chains. Wife and I had same $4.99 original sandwich coupon – and her total was $1 more although we ordered same sub w/ same exact toppings, and no cheese. Wife dated to add cheese and priced jumped by $2. She removed the cheese. Ordered via the app. PLEASE TRAIN employees to know that cucumbers can’t be saved in the fridge for numerous days.

We stopped here to pick up quick original veggie sandwiches. Very poorly made/over stuffed sandwiches. Could never think that JJ sandwich can be made so wrong. Very thick sliced cucumber and tomatoes. Overripe tomatoes were oozing out all the juice. The bread also didn’t seem baked enough. Hope the crew gets some training on how to assemble good sandwiches.

Waited for order as I watched the kid make the food. Then he sat the order aside with receipt, didn’t bag it and didn’t call out a name. He started on a second order. I waited then asked if that order was done he said oh is this yours? Unfortunately things were made wrong. Slims has no cheese and #5 made incorrectly. I will say the guy I talked to about the order after was very kind and wanted to know how to make the order right. Eating my lettuce wrap the wrapper was folded in half with words touching food so dye was coming off onto my lettuce wrap. He was helpful and felt bad he got up with a hurt leg to help make it right. I get it could be new kids and summer is crazy time. Just spending $50+ for only 4 sandwiches is a lot to spend to not get orders right.

This location has gone so far downhill in the last couple years. Hardly ever staffed or open on regular hours. The last sandwich I ordered was so poorly made that I had to reconstruct it at the table right after I got it. The guy just slapped it together carelessly. I would not be shocked if this place is closed in a few months. If you’re looking for a sandwich in Dillon just go to Cheba Hut.

I usually have great service with Jimmy John’s but I have to say that this was the worst. The guy at behind the counter saw me walk in but barely even acknowledged me, and he looked high when he did finally walk over to me. Then he made the sloppiest sandwich I’ve ever had at Jimmy John’s. When I saw why he was doing I actually asked for better bread slices and he replied, “that’s just the way they come.” Not great customer service and I don’t believe what he said was true because I get the same sandwich every time and other locations somehow avoid serving bread that has been smooshed. Slow, rude service and poor quality… not what I expect from Jimmy John’s.

My experience started being bribed with a chocolate chip cookie to leave a good review here. After our sandwiches were made and placed on the counter we asked which one was which, because they weren’t labeled, and got a shrug. I ordered the new beefy crunch sandwich that was being promoted and this is how it came out, 4-5 slices of cheese just clumped on top? Pretty poor experience considering they had just asked for good reviews and then serve this up. Won’t be back.
