For chain pizza, you can’t get better than papa johns for my taste buds. This location has been on fire lately. Just told Jace the manager that this was the best chain food pizza experience I’ve ever had from the presentation to the delivery to the freshness and the taste it was all spot on. Whatever they’re doing, they should keep it up because it was incredible pizza and service.

We got 2 pepperoni pizzas, instead of one pepperoni and one cheese. We tried calling, it’s a call center, non-English speaking; he did not understand the problem. Said he would transfer to the manager; no answer. I went to the actual store to get the issue resolved. Nathan was super helpful, explained the call center issue. Nathan made the cheese pizza very quickly. I am not impressed with the Doordash delivery. Two of the pizzas were messed up, had been tilted, so they were not flat. Fernando from Doordash is ESL, not greatl at communicating he wanted his pizza delivery bag back.

The staff has generally been friendly and polite on my visits, but my experiences with the manager (the skinny redheaded one) have been consistently negative. He comes across as rude and dismissive, which really hurts the in-store experience.
When I get it delivered, it’s amazing. The delivery drivers are always professional, respectful, and genuinely pleasant. I happily tip because they provide great service every time. It’s disappointing that the in-store management doesn’t reflect that same attitude.
Because of this, I won’t come back into the store until management changes.

Called in the order. Must be a call center as the individual wasn’t the friendliest and cut me off when I was asking questions. Was told it would take 15 to 20 minutes. Pizza was cold. Should have left right away to get it. There also was not the signature butter dipping sauce in the box like I am used to.

I ordered on the app and waited about 30 minutes for 8 honey bbq wings and some bread sticks. When the app notified me it was delivered I found it wasn’t at my door. I had to walk around my apartment building looking for my food. When I finally got it back to my apartment I realized I only had 6 wings and the breadsticks where cold and rock solid. Although the wings were good, I am very disappointed I didn’t get the entire order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 1st problem we waited over an hour for our pizza. When we called they said oh we don’t know it’s already in a car. 2nd problem We waited another hour and called again and they said “oh that driver quit and took the orders with them. We will have your order there in 20 min. Max” 3rd problem after a 2 and a half hour wait we finally got a pizza… with a hole in it. An actual hole.(see attached pictures) I could see the pizza box through my pizza. 4th problem our pizza was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for hours.
This place is a joke and will never ever order from here again. Do not waist your time or money.
***Update! Spoke to the store “manager” and he asked to see the pictures. I sent him 3 emails in one week and he never responded. This company is a joke.
