Do not order delivery!!! They outsource the delivery’s to DoorDash, our order didn’t arrive until over an HOUR after the delivery driver picked up the food. Also I really hope the tip we left went to the door dash driver and NOT papa John’s. It wasn’t the delivery drivers fault at all! The door dash drivers aren’t equipped with bags to keep the food warm. The pizza came cold, the wings were cold and our dessert was stiff because of how long it had been sitting out. SUPER disappointed, if I would have known they outsource their delivery’s I would not have ordered from here. Please be aware, don’t order delivery from here!!

I called Papa John’s today to check the status of my pizza delivery, which had been pending for over an hour and a half. The representative who answered, Alexis Ferguson, was noticeably unprofessional and dismissive. After I explained the delay, she stated that their store was “understaffed” and that deliveries had been “tossed over to DoorDash.”
I calmly mentioned that customers should be informed if their orders are being outsourced to a third-party service, as we’re paying Papa John’s directly and deserve transparency. Instead of handling the conversation respectfully, she abruptly hung up and canceled my order without notice.
I immediately placed the same order with Domino’s and was treated with professionalism and courtesy — a clear contrast in customer service.
It’s disappointing that paying customers are met with hostility when simply asking for an update. Staffing challenges are understandable, but rudeness and poor communication are not. If this is how management allows employees to treat customers, I’d strongly encourage others to take their business elsewhere.
Papa John’s — please ensure your staff receive proper training in communication and professionalism. Respect goes a long way in retaining customers.

I ordered online tonight and arrived to pick it up. While standing in the lobby waiting for my order I witnessed an employee spit into a trash can located next to where the pizza exit the oven. I also watched another employee who was eating (I assume during a break) lick his fingers, wipe them in his pants and walk directly into the kitchen to retrieve food from the oven. I asked for a manager (who ironically was standing next to the employee who licked his fingers) to request a refund and explain why. He did not appear surprised to what I said, did not appear to care about it and offered no apology. In fact, his only words to me were, “It’s fully refunded”. I don’t know that I’ll ever return out of concern for the unsanitary conditions

The only reason I’m not giving it 1 star is because 1 out of 10 orders will actually be decent. Just bought their “new” parmesan crusted papadia and as you can tell from the picture, I pretty much paid for cheese toasted crust. Also added extra cheese on the pizza and theres still just the normal amount of cheese on one half, but the other half is right. Not really worth the price honestly, dominos on a bad day still does better.

Well second time at this place paid top dollar and got low budget food very skimpy on the topings paid over 35 bucks for peporoni pizza got enouph on the big pizza to do a personal and was way lacking on chease same for the hawian we got was way light on toppings han a 2 in crust ring was highly disappointed

Every. Single.Time. I don’t know why we even bother ordering from here. ALWAYS an absolute mess. Order came and we were missing something. Called and told them and they said it wasn’t ordered. I pulled up the order and it wasn’t there and replaced with 4 of something else. She assured me I wasn’t charged for 4, but sorry can’t get ya what is missing unless I reorder it.
I don’t understand how they can get away with just tossing pizza in a box, smooshing it, etc. Papa John’s you can do better than this! I don’t understand why my husband loves this pizza.. ugh

I was an Uber pickup driver. Showed up 30 minutes before close and they were already closed. They didn’t come talk to me or let me know why they had closed. I waited for 30 minutes and could not confirm what happened to the order.

It’s usually either the sauce or the crust that make a pizza good, great or bad. In this case I’d say it’s the crust… but the sauce is good too. Not great…but good. The amount of toppings they put on their pizzas is about average. Their wings are excellent. Their order accuracy is perfect and they make their pizzas fast. Their service is very good.
Overall, they are a very good choice for a quick inexpensive pizza, but if I want something better, I’m prepared to pay a little more and wait a little longer.
