Usually this papa John’s does a good job with their pizzas and breadsticks, while this time I was quite disappointed. 1/3rd of my pizza was straight crust and my breadsticks were so dry you’d think their was a drought. Anyways i was quite disappointed with my pizza and breadsticks tonight especially considering the amount of staff sitting around, and if I could’ve redone it I would’ve gotten lil Caesar’s.

The employees at papa johns are respectful and kind even when the people in line were getting a little mean. They are always willing to help in any way that they can. When my husband and I go they often have music playing in the back which creates a really fun atmosphere. Although I recognize that pizza is not a “fast food” because it takes time to roll out, slap, and top the pizza, the people at papa johns go above and beyond in ensuring that each pizza is made fast and correctly. I love that their toppings are all fresh. Definitely going to come again!!

The employees there are very kind and accommodating! The food tastes amazing and you can tell when they’ve put effort in. I got a pizza from them yesterday (the meats for anyone wondering) and it was phenomenal mwah chefs kiss , there was a girl who actually came up and asked me and my friend what pizza we got and she said she thinks she’s gonna get it next time because of how good it looked, they also get the food out pretty quick even when their busy, I percent recommend

Customer service is TERRIBLE. Was told my order would be ready at a certain time and had to wait 10 minutes for them to finish it. When I walked in they’re was a girl sitting on the counter and yelled to ask me if I had an order to pick up. When my order was ready she came and slammed the boxes on the table that I was sitting at. I was then told my order would drop 25° by not having a pizza bag! 10 steps to the car must be extremely crucial

Papa Johns already has the best pizza BY FAR and this location just makes it even better. They are always so quick to get my order finished and the staff is always very friendly especially the night manager Sam, she needs a raise for how great of work she does. My pizza is always done in a timely manner and tastes great.

I’ve worked at Papa Johns before it is not that hard to actually cut through the food. This papadia literally has a tiny incision in it and is not cut at all. Whoever is on ovens do better this is terrible and extremely annoying

Went to Papa Murphy’s and Lily was running the show like Gordon Ramsay if he actually liked people. She handed me my pizza with the kind of confidence that made me think she secretly owns the place, and her customer service was so smooth I half expected her to upsell me a car along with my cookie dough. Honestly, Lily deserves a raise.

Every time we order from here, they get our order wrong, and not a little mistake, but a totally different pizza than ordered. When we try to call and get a refund they respond with “well we can’t do that, you still got a pizza,” even though we didn’t order that pizza and don’t want it. Tonight we also opened our box and found one of their pizza cooking tins. This is disgusting. I understand a little grease and stuff, but this is nasty. The grease and burnt pizza residue was caked on there. Messed up our pizza and revealed how much they care about cleanliness all at once.
