Just picked up an order from this location, the poor new hire definitely deserves some kind of award for dealing with that kind of hostile behavior from her trainer. After the pickup we got home and our pizza completely fell into a pile of goop each piece was just a sloppy mess (see image) we tossed the whole thing it was so inedible. Please do better by your people and your consumers this was such a disaster.

Ordered food at 6:23 tonight, estimated arrival was between 7:13-7:23pm. Orders was out for delivery before 7pm. It did not arrive until 8:05pm and my food is cold and my wings are dry and no sauce and cold as well. I paid over $85 for terrible service and cold

This is a sad sad day! I used to love papa johns. Now I will have to go back to dominoes. I ordered 6 papadillas and when I got to the store they weren’t done. Was told I had 15 more minutes ended up being close to 30. No one that knew what they were doing was on the cut line, manager seemed to be on make line and didn’t attempt to help the poor girl that didn’t have a clue on cut. It’s sad that after this franchise changed owners they went down quick. The manager didn’t seem to care about customer service just pushing through orders on the make line. The oven was stopped for almost 5 min straight because of no one knowing how to do their job. Store needs new owners before this franchise goes under!

Past 2 times I’ve come in here it’s been great one kid specifically is awesome very polite and order is on time. I can in tonight right behind a delivery guy and there was a worker hiding under a table in the back they both proceeded to laugh at each other before looking at me and noticing I’m standing there. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible service ordered 4 items waited over an hour and it didnt get delivered when it was estimated. Checked the status of the order and it said it was already delivered. But to a location thats not my house. So I called to an employee and told they would get my order to me. Hour later half of my order got delivered. And when I talked to kid employee after, he was rude and told me they couldnt redo my whole order. So I tipped 20% to only receive half my order 2 hours later.

Terrible service manger was very rude. Ordered a scheduled delivery they did not meet the time commitment food was very cold upon arrival. I wish I would have read the reviews on this location before ordering because it seems like this is a common issue. Ayden did nothing to help me out in terms of a partial refund or credit. Was combative with me in saying I should have paid attention to delivery times like if I can change that. Plenty of other pizza places in Brighton I wouldn’t recommend this one.

Made an online order, called about 10 minutes after to clarify delivery instructions with manager. She was very polite and friendly, the driver followed instructions to a T!!!! Will likely make an order in the future

EDIT: Waited 2 HOURS for carry out on 3/27/25 while these guys made all the pizzas bare-handed! Then, the pizzas were all made wrong.
December 24, Beware of the crazy Door Dash lady who will cuss at you and act crazy in your driveway, then speed off with her horn blaring. Luckily I have security cameras all over to capture the insanity with audio.
