Chilaquiles were delicious. On a Sunday 11:30am the place was festive with a mix of families, couples and karaoke! The place is small, probably 55-65 people and there was plenty of street parking. I’m gonna return to try the menudo and caldo de res.

People say that some of the best places are the little hole in walls. Well, they’re right! I had posole and my husband had the mole. I don’t like mole, but i tried my husbands and it was deeeeeelicious! My posole was yummy too. We had the cucumber china agua/water and it was good too. Everything tastes homemade. We will be going back again.

The food here is delicious and reasonably priced. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, came by often to check on us. We ordered the molcajete for 2 and all the meats had great flavor, portion size was massive. We have enough leftover for another meal tomorrow for us both. One of my new favorites for Mexican food 🙂
