Pizza was nearly 3 hours late, no one answers the phone, no good way to cancel an order, and the food was mediocre. We paid less for more at Papa Murphys and our order actually showed up when it was scheduled.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered from this location on Halloween and they were very busy which we understand but we tried to connect to them multiple times to just cancel our order and every single time our call went ignored or they hung up on us. We did finally get the order delivered three hours after we placed it. We ate it and went about our lives. They actually called us a couple weeks after this and apologized which we thought was extremely nice of them and they gave us a code to use for 50% off of our next order. Tonight we decided to give them a second chance and ordered again. To our surprise, the code was no good. But we already had our cart full, so we decided to just order. Shortly after we placed our order,I got a text message saying that our food was out of the oven and would be headed to us shortly. 30 minutes later our food had not made any progress so I attempted to call the store 7-8 different times only to be hung up on every single time I started explaining my problem. All I wanted to explain was that if our pizza had been truly sitting there for 30 minutes that we did not want it. I also tried to call into the customer service line and was told several times that there was nothing they can do because they had to connect me to the store directly. Extremely disappointed in the lack of Customer Service that this store has and the fact that their employees will pick up the phone and say hello and then intentionally hang up on you when they know you are calling with a concern. We will never be ordering from here again. If I was the owner of this franchise, I would never want those employees working for me. There is a reason that this location has such bad reviews.

Would give zero if I could. 2 1/2 hours for pizza and it never showed up. Called in twice and told they are having problems with the door dash drivers. Hire your own drivers. Stop contracting out what should be an in house position and charging $6.50 delivery charges. Horrible customer service, Horrible business.

This place is a joke….. I placed an online order at 11am for a 5 pm delivery.… 530 comes and no pizza, no one answers the phone at this location. ( I find it funny one of the prompts when you call in is press 5 for. Manager) are there that many issues? I pressed 5 and noone answered
I ended up driving to the store to find my order was never processed… but of course my card was charged

Since they appear to be using DoorDash now, the deliveries have gone downhill. The driver had no heat bag like the Papa Johns drivers would have and the food is delivered cold. Like I have seen with other DoorDash deliveries, they dropped off the food, took their photo and walked away. The food sat on the porch until my wife noticed it.
Papa Johns needs to do better. You can blame it on the DoorDash drivers all you want, but this reflects poorly on your company.

The food is great but the staff working and so nice polite and just great to hear even if wait times were long – get it, we’ve seen an unexpected rush – but when having to deal with that and still be super friendly, understanding and positive with customers is something worth 5 stars. 5 star staff all around!

This was the worst order we’ve ever had. Food took over 1.5 hours to deliver, which wasn’t the worst issue since it was Saturday night, but food came cold nonetheless. Everything was underdone and doughy. The NY style pizza we ordered stuck to the box and tore apart when we tried to grab slices. The gluten free pizza we ordered was incorrect and missing the one topping we asked for, pepperoni. The breadsticks had literally .001 ounces of garlic parm sauce on them and were doughy in the l middle. I paid for extra garlic sauces and pizza sauce that weren’t included in the order. Overall the worst pizza experience we’ve ever had from any restaurant, and my expectations were already low based on last 3 or 4 orders from this location.

I have no idea why this Papa John’s isn’t rated higher. I’ve been going here for years and it’s always great! Today I had a birthday party for my son at the Parker Fieldhouse, and not only did they get my order there perfectly, they were also right on time. Everyone got plenty to eat and everyone was happy!
