This should be a -1 rating, in fact, I’d click the refund option If it were possible. We placed an order for one large pizza, nothing too difficult, but they called us and said they were out of large pizza dough …I suggested they downsize to a medium and they agreed to do so, however, they used enough dough for a large stuffed crust pizza after all; and instead cooked it sub-par, and partially raw. On top of that, they charged us on a credit card, but then told the driver he needed to collect cash. If this location doesn’t shape up their act quick, it’ll be the newest papa gone’s location coming soon. Save your money and the headache and order elsewhere.

I got my order and it’s completely wrong. Try to call and tell them but they don’t answer the phone. The pizza we received is ridiculous, it’s almost like thin crust pizza which we did not order and the crust is cheese stuff which we also did not order. I haven’t had a problem with this place, i have seen reviews but haven’t let that get in way but now after this it’s disappointing.

0 stars. They use Door Dash as a third party delivery service, but don’t tell you until it’s out for delivery. Then, once your third part vendor (DoorDash, who is worthless) arrives late, they will leave your order on the floor of your apartment complex and not notify you. Was told it would be45 mins max for my pizza delivery. Waited 81 mins for my pizza. Then it was delivered uncooked. I worked over 5 years making pizza. This is not acceptable. I called for 30 mins with over 14 calls trying to get thru to someone after it was delivered. Nobody answered my wife tried calling as well with no answer. Bad service and the business courtesy is not happening here. Be warned. Bet a manager wont get back to me either. .
