I’m not sure what management this location is under or what bad mood they’re in but ALL THE employees here are rude as hell. I placed an online order and then called the store to try to get it at a later time because I couldn’t figure it out online and the woman who answered told me it was too late and then hung up on me. Then my husband called and tried to cancel the whole order and the other person hung on me! Mind you they had already charged me. And whenever I tried to get the pizza at the store that they said was in the oven, they said they cancelled the order and whenever I asked for a refund they couldn’t even do that! The gentleman with glasses literally walked away from me mid sentence. I left with them taking my money and no pizza. This location is under horrible management. The gentleman with glasses that looks like he’s trying to pull off being 20 but we both know the hat on his head is covering that 40 year old bald head. I’ve come to location all the time and now its been tainted by these people and their terrible customer service skills. I work in the customer service industry and I’ve had rude customers and ugly people and I’ve never been one. But to be treated like that is a whole new level of papa John’s I didn’t think they’d be doing.

We have been using this Papa John’s for years, always great customer service when we used to call, now we order online. One or two issues we’ve had were resolved very quickly with the delivery guy – gal returning quickly. And another time we were credited a free pizza. We ordered on 5-14-22, received our order on time, as usual, and I wish we knew the name of the delivery guy, an older gentleman, very pleasant and nice to talk with at the front door. Thank you to those that cook and prepare our pizza and thank you to the delivery folks, especially the older gentleman who delivered our pizza and there’s also a very sweet older lady who we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with as she delivered our food. Y’all are awesome!

I’ve only ordered once from this location. They forgot one of my sides and the box was covered in pizza sauce/greese. Tasted classic Papa John’s though so no complaints there.

I’d give ten stars if I could. We ordered for the first time a couple of weeks ago. My husband’s order arrived completely wrong and the customer service was outstanding. They delivered a new pizza very quickly and were incredibly apologetic. Then the very next day (which was a Saturday) I received an email of apology from the general manager offering a credit on our next order. He even included his contact information if I wanted to reach out and speak with him directly. Last night we placed an order thinking we would get something like 25% off with our credit, turns out the entire order was covered! And on top of this more than wonderful customer service… the pizza was delicious! We will most definitely be ordering on a regular basis and highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great pizza in South Austin.

Unfortunately, as seen in some other reviews we too waited about 90 minutes to get our food. When it did arrive it was cold and the chicken wings were rubbery although ordered extra crispy. We ended up having to microwave the pizza to heat it up and cook the chicken wings in the oven in order to make them edible. We tried to call the store to just let the manager know how their food was arriving and only reached a recording about three different times in a row. Wouldn’t order from here again, sorry!

HERE.. DO NOT SCHEDULE.. they will call with technical issues right before the order is suppose to be delivered from corporate but only after they charge your card.. so the money you spent is on hold for a few days. Papa Johns service has gone down hill. Thank goodness for Dominos pizza..
