If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is a JOKE. They tried to charge me extra money for no reason, and when I questioned it, the lady at the counter had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Customer service? Nonexistent. Professionalism? Doesn’t exist here. You’d think I asked her for a favor instead of paying for food.
If this is how Papa John’s wants to treat paying customers, I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere. Domino’s, Pizza Hut, even the corner gas station pizza got them beat. Do yourself a favor: save your money, your time, and your patience — this place is not worth it or go to a different location.

Easily the most DISGUSTING pizza I have ever had the misfortune of trying, on a Friday night when craving some good ol’ Papa Johns pizza, stale, taste like straightforward grease and nothing else, no sauce, no nothing, if I can prevent someone from getting this trash pizza from a review, I’ll make sure I do, save yourself some money, TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING, NOT EDIBLE, GARBAGE. We threw it out. Both pies. Straight to trash where it belonged.

I’m giving one star because I have to. I ordered a pan pizza last night around 8pmish. While Door dash did their job and got the pizza to us 5 minutes before the time the app said, the pizza was wrong. I ordered medium pan pizza with sausage and pepperoni, with jalapenos on half. I got a half sausage, pepperoni and jalapenos and half cheese pizza! I ordered on the app to ensure it was correct. I live in a nursing home and the only money I receive is $30 on the first of the month and $45 around the middle of the month. This screw up cost me one third of my monthly income with the driver’s tip. I tried calling the store 3 times and they hung up on me all 3 times! If this is the way you treat customers, your managers need training in customer service!

I come here often and the last 3 times the manager guys was nothing but rude and down right nasty . He is always sassy clothes always filthy is this how papa John’s employees present their selves? Tonight I came in he was sitting in a white truck smoking a joint clearly right in front of the store I couldn’t believe my eyes …as soon as he saw me he jumped out the truck and came directly behind me smelling just like marijuana … came directly in yelling at the teen boys calling them idiots and what not …. As he hands me my pizza with his marijuana hands I glance at the pizza box it’s nasty looking with sauce all over the pizza box and receipt … at this point I was livid because how do you get pizza sauce all over a box and a receipt? Just careless didn’t even apologize or offered to put my pizza in a different box or anything. I was so livid that I just walked right out of there and for that I will be parting ways with this location due to the manger man that always wears a hat scuffy beard always has on dirty khaki shorts heavy set

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. There was one employee behind the counter who never noticed I was there, because he was too busy screaming curse words and the music was way too loud. An employee came out from the parking lot to assist me, gave me my order and then went back out to the parking lot. As I was leaving I realized this employee was chilling in his vehicle while his coworker was inside screaming while listening to concerning loud and inappropriate music. When I walked in I was confused if I was at a Papa John’s, or a rap concert. Extremely disappointed, do better.

I disregarded the stats when I ordered. I love Papa Johns and at the end of the day it’s going to be the same recipe.
While the recipe is the same that doesn’t mean they get it right. Since they don’t deliver on my area, I drove out of my way to go there. I received plain breadsticks instead of Parmesan. Then my pizza wasn’t even cut ♀️
It was cooked well but I massacred the pizza trying to cut it.
I will say the location was incredibly clean and well lit. They did do a good job of keeping people from loitering out front

This location just doesn’t know how to make Papa John’s pizzas.
Sharp decline lately, corporate should come in and shut them down until new management can come in a make the pizzas correctly. I’ve ordered it 3 time in the past month and they have all been bad. You can definitely tell from the crust, hard and flat. Stick to dominoes.

AVOID THIS STORE !!! Haha. Read these reviews on how terrible this location is, they are all spot on. I typically don’t post these but I’ve now had back to back terrible experiences here. First incident I had ordered and they charged me a $5+ delivery fee, then outsourced the delivery to Door Dash! I am a DD member and don’t pay for delivery fees. I tried multiple times to get the store to work with me in waiving / reimbursing that fee and they said call Door Dash. Door Dash said it’s the store. If they outsource delivery Papa John’s should not be charging delivery fees.
Second time weeks later! Pizza showed up and missing toppings! Pizza toppings that were on the pizza were 3 inches interior of the pizza so there was 3 inches of crust, not ideal. Dough is cheap. Cheese, veggies and meat expensive. Wonder why they are doing this?? The boneless chicken was a joke. Terrible breading, half was not sauced, and super gristley. I tried reaching out to the store on this second issue and couldn’t get through.
This location is only surviving because of proximity to UT.

Papa johns need to do some serious quality control at this location. Pizza was undercooked, additional dip portion was soo tiny it cant be used as a dip. Pick up pizza and everything falls down as the cheese is not melted properly.
Toppings were much lesser than usual, two slices had no toppings. Its much better at other locations.
