Ordered online via Papa John’s site. Then the driver was unable to pick the food that they hired through doordash. Turns out they have a rat/bat problem. As such no employees are going into the store for the next 3 hours. So I was with no room for discussion. That I could call back in 3 hours to see about getting my money back. Like the other users I would say this location needs a serious management rethink.

Tried placing an order on the app and it gave me an error message and didn’t put the order through, but upon checking they still took the money out of my account. When I called someone answered with an attitude and told me theres nothing they can do and hung up on me. My bank is telling me it could take up to 10 days for the charge to finally drop and I get my money back, thanks a lot papa johns.

Let me start with I actually love Papa John’s pizza but this location has some poor services. Waited over 45 minutes for an order that was placed online earlier in the day. Order a total of 10 pizzas for my son’s end of the season soccer party. Never again will I trust this location with a big order.

Twice I’ve placed orders about an hour and forty five minutes before closing and they do not deliver and I have to wait for a refund. Not even a courtesy call to say they can’t deliver. Never ordering again if you can’t even pick up the phone. I use to love this place.

Absolutely horrid, made us wait 3 hours for a pizza just to cancel it when the door dasher was already there. The manager is horrible and they need to retrain their staff. Understaffed probably because the manager is awful

Had to cancel an order due to the cashier not being able to accept my $50 bill. I had to go to a bank and deposit. Not sure why they didn’t accept it because their pizza and products are expensive as it is anyways and I didn’t see anything in my receipt or email saying I couldn’t pay with that type of cash amount. Anyways I had placed the same exact order NEW in the app, and I believe some of the old items were used for the new order because the cheese sticks tasted horrible and looked old. (I had to cancel the previous order, run to bank to deposit then started a new order and came back 35-40 min later for the supposedly fresh order placed) I made sure I placed the new order close to when I was back near this location and was maybe 5 minutes tops after it said it was ready so there’s no way the cheese should be have dark or barely room temperature right after pick up. (I live 6 min from this location) and most times the items I get are bubbly hot , melted cheese and I feel what I got was my old order on my NEW order and was TOLD it was remade fresh , highly doubt it !!! So disappointed

Very bad business practices they say they are open till 1:00 pm but turn you away after I have tried to order multiple times at different locations same thing no carry out or delivery after a certain time. This time it was 11:30pm and Google says they close at 1:00. So then I downloaded the app & I don’t want the app but it says you can order in the app but haven’t tried yet. Seems very shady to me I drove 30 mins to get pizza to tonight and was told no. You people at all locations need to advertise your hours correctly. This is false advertising & deceptive business practices. I have tried to order pizza four times now from different locations same thing every time. I will try one more time in a few days I get off work around this time and would like to try papa John’s if it is still going to be like this I am going to contact my attorneys to sue you for false advertising & deceptive business practices.

Staff here are extremely kind, fast, and professional. I normally don’t feel inclined to review “fast food” because it is what it is, every fast food employee deserves 5 stars and a raise. However these folks are friendly and outstanding and deserve a high five. (And a raise!)
