I just ordered a stuffed crust pizza and the brownie cookie online and surprisingly it was done very fast, but now I know why. My pizza is still raw the dough isn’t cooked all the way through and my brownie cookie is old dry hard and crumbly.

Don’t believe these reviews, this place is going downhill dramatically over the past year. I don’t know if the franchiser sold it to another franchiser or the owner no longer cares or look after the store. I’ve been eating here for well over a decade typically buying a pizza once a week for my family. Had gotten so bad that we started ordering less frequently to now we will no longer eat a Domino’s going forward. Could take well over an hour to get an order and they’re poor customer service and never a manager around to talk. I rather pick up a crappy Little Caesars pizza then deal with the annoyance of this location…..

After ordering from here for at least 50 times over the past 3 years, I will not be ordering again from this establishment. I was put on hold at 935 today after being told I will have my order taken shortly. I usually order on the app but it was down. At 1010 I finally hung up and redialed which I guess was routed directly to the manager. The manager said we stopped taking orders at 10 and after I told him I’d been on hold for over 30 minutes he just responded “okay, have a good one, bye”… basically “I don’t care at all about our loyal customers or their time.”
I get it. You’ve only been open a couple of days after the storm but I’ve been working electrical lines everyday since the storm hit too and these are the times when you can see people’s true colors. Good thing a new pizza hut opened nearby and there’s another domino’s not far from here. Very disappointed with the hires/manager at this establishment and how they treat their customers. At least a courtesy “hey sorry we’re having issues, we can’t take your order” when I was on hold for 35 minutes would have worked so I could have looked elsewhere.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff & drivers, when I order for delivery, have always been professional. Be careful when entering & exiting the parking lot!! It’s doable if you’re not a speeding dolt. There are a couple of potholes as well. 🙂
