Our pizza was really good this time. It actually had the perfect amount of sauce on them. My son order extra anchovies on his which I don’t like but he did and I had the works. Owner the employee is working in her socks with no shoes . Waiting over 15 minutes for an order. Shoes are to be worn.

My family and I haven’t had papa johns for a long time. So I downloaded the app and placed an online order. Pizza was made quickly, and the lady who made the pizza was great!
Here’s the problem,
There was an employee directly in front of papa John’s, (this was not the nice lady inside) he was a man on a call with a woman while on speaker they both yelling profanity (((loudly))) at each other. So after walking past him outside and getting my pizza inside he walked in still on speaker but zoned out while the Woman on the other line was still yelling profanity.
This is very unprofessional and needs to be addressed my the owner of this papa johns in seguin.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and a root beer. Got a cheese pizza, with no root beer. The man RICKY yelled at me and said there is nothing he could do and that it wasn’t his fault that the delivery driver didn’t speak English and didn’t grab the drink. Refused to refund me as well. Was extremely rude and I still had to pay for the pizza. There was also sauce busted all over the pizza. The driver also didn’t not give me change, he walked off with 30 dollars when it costed 23. Wrong order. Horrible staffing. And I got robbed.

I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery online and my order was redirected to Door Dash. Important note: I selected to pay with cash. My delivery driver only dropped off the pizza and when I asked him about the wings, he said he didn’t get them and to call Door Dash. So, I called Door Dash and there was nothing they could do but call Papa John’s in Seguin. They couldn’t refund the money because I paid cash and they couldn’t re-deliver because the order was closed out. I called Papa John’s in Seguin and spoke with Matthew and he told me they had pictures/proof of the driver picking up both the pizza AND the wings. He managed to get their one driver working that night (not Door Dash) and paid for the wings with his own money. He insisted and I really hope that he’s reimbursed for it and given a huge amount of praise for going above and beyond to take care of his customers. I give Door Dash a 0 out of 5 and hope they look into the driver that decided to scam an order wings. Papa John’s Seguin and particularly Matthew deserve 5 out of 5!!

The last two times the pizza wasn’t as good as usual. Last time there was too much sauce this time no sauce. Also this time half of the pizza was thin and over cooked and the pizza had some kind of seasoning on the crust that stunk . Maybe seasoning had parmesan in it but it was as nasty. No consistency. Won’t be back.
