Today we got 3 pizzas and breadsticks. Kids stuff was great. No issues. Adult pizza is mushy in the middle. We usually have no issues. Hopefully we get our new pizza soon.

Be aware this location uses DoorDash for delivery. Driver chose to go to a different neighborhood and make a delivery before bringing my order. Pizza was cold when it finally arrived. They charged $5 for delivery and automatically added a tip.

Placed a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 6:46 PM, walked Into the store at 6:56, food said it was ready in the app. Then waited until 7:35 PM while they got 15 DoorDash orders out and I stood there waiting while they kept telling me “it’ll be right out.” Manager was walking around the whole time visibly pissed. Other employees had hands in their pockets in no rush lol. Then I get home (3 minute drive) and 3/4 my food is cold and I have one hot pizza. So they forgot to make one pizza and I stood there waiting for 40 minutes while my other food got cold.

Well I used to eat here and I liked it but I get off of work at 10pm and I’d grab a $30-$50 order on my way home. Can’t anymore. You changed carry out to close at 10pm even though the store is open quite a bit longer. This change happened months ago but I’m just now complaining. In that time I would have spent many hundreds of dollars. It now goes to Dominoes. My question..why the hell are you losing possibly crazy numbers of orders when your store is already open. If you’re open, be open.

My app messed up and I ended up ordering 10 times. The girl who answered the phone was so helpful voiding all the extra orders. I’m sure it was annoying but she never acted bothered. She kept me on the phone to confirm they all voided but 1. Pizza was delicious and delivery was quick.

Worst ever pizza experience. Not only did I have to wait almost 45 mins, they got the order completely wrong, the cashier was slinging pizza dough at the same time he was using the register. Talk about lack of hygiene. Never again.
