So I called and asked what all is on an Italian sandwich so when they told me I simple told them where they messed up at all the two sandwiches had on it was meat and cheese I was called a lier and that the manager made them so she knows they was made right then I asked to talk to the manager and was hung up on !!!! I took an order here from doordash and no one was giving me my order. its been an hour and I was going to cancel until an employee, Perry Badeaux, came to give me my food. I was surprised by the sudden employee coming here but I was happy no less. so I gave him a tip for his dedication. food was a bit cold but good overall. I would like to thank him. Went two days before Christmas, between 5 and 7pm and only had to wait 25 minutes, with the hundreds of other orders they were getting and preparing. They were very kind and polite. After stopping at two other locations which had two hour wait times.

Please explain how these are exactly the same pizzas. I ordered two steak and green peppers with light bbq sauce pizzas. The second one taste just how it looks nasty. You turn off the tracker 10 minutes before we even get a chance to pick up the Pizza saying that we already picked it up to keep your timer down and make it look like you’re getting your pizzas out on time clearly you’re not I would rather you tell me to wait for another pizza then to be served what you served me and this is not the first time but if you call you don’t get anything resolved.

We are a top rated company on google it hurt to do this but it’s been one too many times sorry you all earn the “L.”
They are never ready I guess the computer lies some how and says everything is ready, although when we get here we have to wait for the wings, so when we get to our house pizza cold and wings are half cooked.
So here a plan just get it delivered
Wrong their system doesn’t take card payment for delivery although we been in their system for five years they can take your money if you’re picking up but not delivery
I will say most of the times the food is decent after we reheat it so shout out to them for that.

Worst customer service. Messed up my order. I called to get a credit back considering the pizza is much cheaper than the one I ordered. The guy on the phone kept running to talk to the manager. I guess the manager was too busy to deal with me at first. Then when he got on the phone he was rude. I had the same tone and he got loud with me and said I was yelling. I continued to talk in the same tone as I had been and he said oh now your not. I asked for a confirmation or something that a credit was on my account. He said he couldn’t give me anything. The only thing I could do was call another time for an order and ask for him by name (so I have to remember that and hope they can get in touch with him if they don’t see the credit). I asked him if he could text or email me just stating we have a credit he said no,
Got loud, wouldn’t listen and hung up. My husband called back and went around in circles with him and when my husband confirmed I wasn’t telling he said oh my bad. Never apologized. I can’t trust a place of management acts that way. He is setting a horrible example for his employees. I will literally go anywhere else for pizza going forward.

The worse pizza delivery place ever. I quit ordering from here about a yr and a half ago because they are so rude and never bring your pizza. I decided to give them another chance. Ordered 2 pizzas tonight on line. It said delivery would be in 25 to 35 minutes. The time was a few minutes before 7 pm. Didn’t hear anything from them so after about 40 minutes later I called. I was told my order was still in que and not even started. I asked what was the holdup and was told they were 3 HOURS behind because they were slammed. So if I wanted my pizza it would be at least 3 hours. Are you freaking kidding me. As I was complaining and demanding my money back I got hung up on. I will NEVER Buy anything from Dominos again and I will be putting in a complaint tomorrow with corporate.
