Night and day from Marco‘s Pizza! I don’t know why anyone would eat there, Papa John’s is far superior in actually tasting and looking like food, they were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the shop was very clean! We got a pizza from Marco‘s tonight and it was absolutely disgusting And half of our order was wrong so we made a new order with Papa John’s and we’re pleasantly surprised that it was wonderful !

The Philly Cheese Steak with Stuffed Crust Pizza was delicious. My grandchildren loved the Cheese & Pepperoni Pizza. We also thought the Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites were fabulous. Everyone loved the Cheese Sticks . Thank you for an awesome dinner. The driver gave excellent customer service and was very friendly and helpful.

Call to let them know that there’s no pepperoni on the whole pizza “I checked under the cheese too” like there should be and the tomatoes that are supposed to be on one side there was barely any on there. So The person I spoke to about it passed me over to the manager didn’t even let them know why I was calling, as soon as I explain to the manager Mark! instantly had attitude and was being extremely rude. Telling me it’s under the cheese which it is not.. horrible

I had high hopes as this location is close to me, however I’ve ordered from them twice and was disappointed both times.
The first time, they left ingredients off one of our pizzas. I called to let them know and they did deliver another pizza with the correct toppings. Even though they made things right, I still had to wait for what my husband ordered to be delivered, as we always eat together, so the pizza I was eating was cold by the time the corrected pizza was delivered.
The second time we ordered, I arrived and they had given our order to someone else. This would seem realistic, however our order had 7 different items/ boxes and the other order had ONE pizza! How on earth does that even seem plausible?! I then had to wait for them to remake our entire order and the guy had the audacity to tell me he, “Gave me extra wings!” Let me just tell you, he gave us 4 EXTRA WINGS IN TOTAL!!! Our order was approximately $80 and you give us 4 extra wings?!
Do yourself a favor and just order from another pizza place. The pizza was decent, but not worth the time, money, or bad customer experience.

The manager was not willing to work with the customer to make things right. What happened to great customer service. I suddenly remind myself why I choose other options. Sigh. Also probably why this location is rated so low.

It’s just gone downhill! We used to order here all the time, then went to Domino’s but now Domino’s has a new manager that won’t deliver. Anyways, ordered the pizza and Dale JR must’ve slammed the brakes missing our house or something. It’s pretty bad that it sticks to the side of the box. I gave him a wad of cash as a tip and wish I hadn’t given more than a delivery fee. To top it off, the other pizza looked like it was missing half the toppings. Then, what the hell is that red stuff? Ink from the box or blood from his face bashing the steering wheel from hitting the brakes so hard? Threw the pizza away, didn’t even eat it. Never again, done with this location and Papa John’s in ge.

My family and I were really excited for our pizza tonight but when we opened the box of our bbq chicken pizza (our favorite) we were madly disappointed. The amount of toppings and sauce were not proportioned well and it was all crust. Please do better next time 🙁
