I placed a large order of wings recently. When I place these orders I sometimes worry that a restaurant may not have enough wings to fill my order.
This was not the case here. Steven showed excellent personalized service. He gave me a quick call to ensure my order was in fact placed by me. This made me feel that he was not only looking out for his restaurant but also me as a customer to make sure it wasn’t a fraudulent order.
Steven told me he wanted to make sure there were enough wings in his restaurant & he called me back soon after, to tell me the good news there were enough wings to fill my order.
My order was ready within the time Steven quoted to me. Each box of wings and garlic knots were packed neat and carefully so I wouldn’t have any spills (BBQ sauce, Buffalo etc) He even helped me carry and load my order to my vehicle.
Steven and Papa John’s really helped my day be a great one while in Victoria TX and I will certainly return when I am in town for my quarterly trips.

Legitimately worst pizza shop in town. They were too lazy to take out order, took a minute. They didn’t even communicate with words. They even forgot to cut our pizza. Papa Johns used to be amazing. We will never go back here, I absolutely despise leaving reviews like this. I would go back to get it corrected but it’s not worth the spit.

3 miles away and 35 minutes to deliver. Two medium pepperoni pizzas, over cooked and cold. How do you screw up such a simple order. I even tipped well. This is nonsense. Im a truck driver and just thought maybe the quality would be what im use to in my home town. Would’ve been better off chewy on a cardboard box.

Whoever is on night crew making the pizzas needs to slow down and take a little more care…my pizza was mostly crust they didnt bring the cheese and sauce enough towards the outside of the dough.

They get my order wrong kind of often, I normally ignore it and just eat it because they never make it right after it was their mistake. I feel like they should at least offer something for their mistake and making me drive all the way back to the store and interrupting my dinner with family. This time I ordered a large sausage and steak and I get pepperoni, so this time it was such a bad mistake and I’m pregnant, I was really irritated.

I came in at 11 pm. I understand closing and getting things done. What I don’t understand is why it took 25+ minutes to get a small pizza. What I don’t understand is why a employee is going to be talking on a the phone WHILE PRESSING OUT DOUGH. I don’t know where his phone has been. Hang up your phone call your at work and WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING FOOD. I then watched both employees keep making food since there screen was full but they could they couldn’t hear it. Talking on the phone in the back will have you missing orders. Again I get closing and making bosses happy by being put on time but your customers are still ordering food. Almost a half hour wait for one small pizza was a little ridiculous.

I ordered 2 pizzas … 1 large thin crust works (it was ok) & 1 large stuffed crust spinach tomato & alfredo (the dough wasn’t cooked all the way) !! I rarely leave reviews & while we did eat some of both pizzas , we were disappointed because we chose Papa Johns over Domino’s (which we normally eat) !! So would I order from them again, yes, but it’ll be a while ! We rarely eat pizza & were looking forward to it & we were definitely let down !! Do better Papa Johns !!
