I ordered delivery and my house is on a private road and can be tricky to find at times. I want to thank Kabeer for being patient and so kind about it!! He said sorry so many times but you did amazing sir, thank you for your kindness and delivering my food at the exact time even with the difficulty of locating it. I know you were really trying when you called me, I wish I can tip you more but the least I can do is show my thanks on a review. Wonderful delivery driver and my food is perfection!

I have bought and enjoyed Papa John’s Pizza. At many Locations, over the years. However, I have never enjoyed one more. Than I enjoy this one in Roaharon, the staff, management, facilities, quality, freshness, promise. ALL EQUALS ONE THING! A SPIRIT of EXCELLENCE, TOP DRAWER SERVICE, BAD TO THE BONE, AWESOME. I see other reviews and I just want to say mine is based on using the actual papa John’s app which may be easier for the establishment to manage vs. calling and trying to fit in manual orders. I ordered two mediums for my family and they were so good at the 1st bite that everyone said, “leave them a review mom”… so here it is. This is not the first, 3rd or even 5th time that this location has made Papa John’s the way I remember it as a kid and now my kids love it too. The team was focused, polite and PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I have to highlight that bc they are trying to provide quality against time constraints. Anyhow- I know every order isn’t perfect… but in comparison to other local franchises that I’ve gone to “on the way home” – this one always makes me regret not picking up from Rosharon/hwy 6. Keep it up and stay professional. With this ethic you guys just may open your own restaurant some day but that’s just my 2 cents…

Ordered delivery from the app. The app had a pop up stating contactless delivery was default and that I’d have to make a selection to not have contactless delivery. We wanted contactless delivery, especially considering how many places these delivery drivers stop per day. The driver refused to leave our pizza without me signing the receipt…per his managers orders. He had a mask on, but it was around his neck, not on his face. Called the store and was told that we must have ordered from another location as they didn’t have our address or phone number in their system. This location is the only one that delivers to our subdivision and their information is on my order confirmation email, which is where I went to get the phone number.
So, they didn’t respect our wishes and the manager that answered the phone lied. For shame. Hind sight always being 20/20, I should have just refused the delivery. Guess we’ll go back to using a different pizza company.
Oh…to top it off, the dipping sauce for our garlic knots was covered in mold.

Pizza was stale and cold. Alex the manager started laughing the 2nd time I called back and said don’t worry about sending out another pizza because I didn’t trust it which let me know they were going to tamper with my pizza glad I followed my gut feeling and my family also were listening in when I made that call so yeah we all understand that laugh. It’s a shame that we can’t trust these businesses now a days

First time ordering from this location since moved to this area, so far extremely satisfied!! The one up northwest where we used to live was really going downhill so haven’t ordered from papas in ages. But it has usually been my fav chain pizza, mostly because I love their crust on the pizza, good toppings and yummy garlic sauce. I felt like this location ahead stayed true to how they used to make it, and ingredients are pretty decent quality!! Our usual go to is some combo of Italian/spicy sausage, mushrooms, and pineapple. Still has good deals. Place is a little small, but just carried out the pizza like I always did. Inside seems clean and mostly operating efficiently. Will definitely order from here again!!
