This is our favorite restaurant for our family gatherings. The service is amazing, you feel like family here. The food is outstanding and the portions are large. The drinks from the bar are a very generous pour. At the end of the meal they bring you a large plate of complimentary cookies and a fruit platter.

WOW… This restaurant is spectacular. We went there last night a party of six. Our nephew just moved to the area. My husband and I were coming from Northport and his parents were coming from Staten Island so we decided to try a place in his new location. I googled some restaurants and found Livorna.
When I made the reservation the person answering the phone was so polite so I had a feeling it was going to be a good experience. When we walked in they greet you with such warmth. When we sat down they put two generous bread baskets on the table along with a carbonara and a bruschetta plate. Right then and there it’s telling you that they really appreciate your business. I ordered a house glass of wine and I was shocked that it was filled all the way to the top unbelievable. We all loved our food and the incredible service. When we ordered dessert they brought us a complimentary fruit platter. This place is amazing we don’t have any place that treats you like this even in Northport. We dine at many fine restaurants and I have to tell you this was the best we’ve ever been treated anywhere. We will definitely be making the trip from Northport to come here and we know our nephew will frequently be eating at this restaurant. He’s Italian and loved it here!

The food was amazing from the first drop! First of all I was excited by a full glass of wine which NYC restaurants have been cheap on for the past few years. The home made spring rolls were soooo tasty with the sweet/sour sauce. It’s a specialty appetizer so you have to ask for it. The Branzino was so tender and well seasoned with thyme garlic onion olive oil. Then they give you a cup of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, thyme and other seasonings to drizzle on the fish.
OMG!!! Disgustingly good. I dipped my potato croquettes and veggies in the olive oil too. Then as if I wasn’t already ready to put up my foot and recline they bring the variety of desserts. I chose the flaky turnover thing with fruits. It’s a good thing I didn’t eat anything else today and I worked out or else my stomach wouldn’t have had space. But the food was light and tasty. I’ll definitely be back!!! Eventhough I was solo, I see how super friendly they are to kids and seniors. Important!!! It was my first time and I’ll definitely be back. If you’re foodie, stop by.

Such a lovely experience. My family went on a weeknight and we had a wonderful time. The staff was so attentive and kind and they made sure we were 120% full. We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat!

The staff and food were amazing. They had a big party there but they were still so attentive to our table and fast.
I appreciate the owner being so kind to my two daughters. Loved every bite. the salmon was amazing, the penne vodka, and napoleon cake!
Make sure to let them know right away if there is a nut allergy because they bring out a delicious little snack in the beginning that has nut in it.

We live locally, but have never heard of Livorno. We had absolutely no expectations – just wanted to grab a quick dinner with friends. Little did we know- we found our new favorite spot! The food was delicious- so many specials to choose from. The wine was flowing! What a pour! Dessert was ordered and we were given a full plate of cookies and fruit along side it. Sat chatting after our meal and was offered after dinner drinks on the house.These people were nice- kind-generous-attentive. Amazing service! They were generous & friendly. Such a nice experience all around. I enjoyed meeting the staff and again the food was great! I will definitely recommend it and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Livorno!!
