The lady who got me my pizza when I went to pick it up was very nice. Unfortunately, the stuff crust Hawaiian I ordered with extra ham came with less ham that even when I didn’t order extra ham. The pizza was so thin that it was literally the thickness of cardboard, and it would flop over when trying to pick up a slice. I’ve never seen it this thin, especially from Papa John’s. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with the quality of the pizza I had received and will not come here again even though it’s the closest location to my house.

I placed a deliver order and paid and tipped in advance. Then after the delivery person dropped off additional tip as well. When i went to open the pizza it a large chunk was missing and corner looked like teeth marks, and by the time the driver left. I called and said to come in and replace it. I took it back and explained to the manager that said it was due the ovens fault which i dont belive she didnt see it as she placing the pizza in the box. So on tip of they didn’t refund me my tip or delivery because I had to go back and fix my order. And also heard them snicker and talk amongst themselves as we left. Overall rude, lack of hygiene and safety and bad professionalism and service.

NASTY place! We ordered to take out and arrived almost 30 minutes later after the app was saying the order is ready but they said they still working on our pizza…no excuses no apologies were given WHY it took so long at 10:20 pm. So we come home, I serve the pizza to my family and notice A FLY embedded in our pizza!!!! Thank god I noticed before anyone ate it. It happened a day before Memorial Day, right before they closed so of course we couldn’t go back to get our money back. But I submitted complaint via website, ZERO REACTION. Don’t eat here !!!!…unless you want a special topping of course

How do you make a spinach alfredo pizza and not put it on the alfredo sauce. This is what happened to my order today. I used to work with papa john’s years ago and we never had issues like this. This has got to be the worst location.I have ever dealt with.I do not recommend you ordering from this particular location.

I ordered a pizza and wings online for delivery on 8/31 and when I received it the pizza was not good at all and the wings barely had any sauce. I called the store and spoke to a young lady. She told me that they were going to give me a store credit with my phone number so next time I order it was going to come up.. two days later I ordered a pizza for carry out over the phone and they told me I can go to the store and they will be able to apply the credit. I get to the store and they told me that the credit was not there. I really was upset at the fact that you can’t trust business to do what they said they were going to. I then proceeded to leave.

Terrible service. 1st attempt we tried to walk the delivery driver on how to get to our apartment. After 15 mins of waiting for the driver to find us he called and refused to listen to simple instructions as to how to get to our apartment he hung up the phone. Granted the young woman who answered the call was understanding and said she would get another pizza out… Delivery driver ends up finally coming and we informed him we have a new pizza on the way. He says ok you will see… Tell me why they sent us back the SAME old pizza from the 1st delivery, lol just sent a new driver… Pizza arrived slimy as all get out…Terrible experience. Lesson learned everyone does not take work serious. WILL NEVER order out for convince seems like it’s always an inconvenience.

Order: XL New York Crust (Italian sausage, pineapple, jalapeños)
Quite a simple 3 topping order. They forgot to add the jalapeños. Okay, they offer to remake it. I arrive, they forgot the jalapeños on the remake as well. So, I show the manager and she asks for the pizza back. Once she comes back, there is cold jalapeños on top of the pizza that have not gone through the oven. Told me to have a great day and sent me on my way with my cold jalapeños on my pizza. 🙂

Horrible is an understatement. Placed an online order and I got there right at the schedule time . I was told to come back in 15 minutes , I guess they forgot my order. When I received my order the pizza had no cheese and toppings were thrown on not even cooked on the pizza. Wings had no sauce. SMH never again …. If I could give a zero I would.
