The pizza is usually decent when it’s made right. This location is exceptionally SLOW! For the second time in a row now, I’ve arrived to pick up our pizzas after the projected ready time window has expired and found that the employees had not even begun making my order. It’s beyond frustrating when you plan ahead to make good use of time and then have to sit around for another half hour for them to make your food. Also check your toppings before you leave. I’ve paid for extra toppings that i never received on more than one occasion. I think I’m done with this place at least until they replace the manager and hire better help. Oh and look at this photo of a pizza i got for my son who’s dairy free. No cheese and extra sausage was what was ordered. There’s hardly any sausage in it.

Different delivery driver rang our doorbell with our missing sauces. Thank you for coming back but the initial instructions are still printed on the label. Attention to detail matters for things like this to be avoided.
My husband and I ordered 2 medium pizzas. One of them came correctly, but the other was completely wrong while also missing sauces and anchovies. He asked the girl delivery driver if everything was there. We called to have our order corrected. The person we spoke to seemed nice and helpful to fix our order. Even after specifying what was wrong or missing, upon arrival they still managed to get it wrong. How hard is it to read a printed label with the EXACT details. Do better.

Our food came at 2:36 pm yesterday after we had ordering 2 hours ago. Why?!? The food wasn’t hot/ edible. I’m very disappointed. It shouldn’t have taken that long to deliver.

Stuffed crust pizza the crust was cut through and falling off! They had lots of people working, but maybe they didn’t know what they were doing because the tracker said my order was ready, but I got in and waited another 20 mins

Today was the very first and for sure the very last time I have ever tried papa John’s pizza.
The phone order was easy and efficient. The service was a little delayed as only one poor young lady was working. Other wise not a bad experience.
Then I got home….
I ranked this pizza as the top 3 worst of all time. Only little Cesar’s and Chuck E Cheeses you’ll be as bad.
A half hour later my world and freedom has been compromised.
I type this knocking on death’s door. I can not be more that 23 steps from the bathroom. And the noises my body is making is frightening the dog.
God have mercy on my septic tank as papa John’s has delivered something truly unique experience. Pizza and 5 bathroom breaks in 3 hours.

I ordered 3 large 3 topping pizzas this one was supposed to have double cheese and double ground beef. Almost no ground beef and definitely not double cheese either. Also ordered Pepperoni Lovers which has very little pepperoni, they should take lessons from Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Little Caesar’s or Marco to see what a pepperoni lovers looks like. The other was a 6 cheese that looks like a single cheese with dried Parmesan sprinkled on top. Complete waste of $50.00. This is the third time Poppa Johns in Montgomery TX burned us on pizza that is worse than frozen pizza. Staff not much better than pizza, rap music playing so loud when I walked in you could not hear yourself think and kind of thing looking guy that had non-serving attitude. Not worth your time and definitely a waste of money!
