My order of 4 Tenders at the counter was politely delivered to my table. All 4 Tenders were cold to the touch. I went up to the counter and told them. Without even feeling them, they said I was wrong. Not quite calling me a liar while giving me a perturbed look. I immediately left without my $10 or any food. I’m a 60 year old Business Owner and was stunned by their lack of consideration. I hope they make improvements to this kind of customer service.

Went to order some food with my husband here tonight and in the middle of watching the staff make our food, a very unhygienic woman sat on the counter inches away from what was supposed to be our food, while she was snacking over our open boxes. Meanwhile, the cashier was handling money with no gloves on then immediately proceeded to walk over and smush my husband’s fries down into the box to close it. My husband and I couldn’t stand to watch another second of it before just driving away.

I am not from around here but I am working at a rig close to here and have been passing by here almost everyday, I like that it is added on to a store and that you can park a 18 wheeler around back, since I drive a truck that is convenient and you can pretty much get everything you need in one stop, the chicken here was the best chicken I have ever had. Whoever is cooking the chicken definitely knows what they are doing cause it was cooked perfect, it was juicy and seasoned just right, I had the 3 piece with chicken breast and mashed potatoes/gravy, everything was great, the service was super fast, I wasn’t even finished filling up my drink cup and they had my food ready to go, the employees were friendly and everything was correct on the order also. So not sure about the bad reviews on here, but my experience was great, so if you haven’t tried this Chicken Express yet I would definitely give it a try.

The staff here is SO friendly. Ready with smiles and courtesy, which is rare these days. It’s a busy place, considering the location. In a rural town, off the beaten path. But, the service is still good. The food is excellent. I highly recommend this place for travelers, visitors and the nearby community of Franklin,TX. I hope to remember the name(s) of the manager and other workers at this location as I plan to be a regular patron. God Bless y’all! Oh, yeah. Don’t forget to get some “Serendipity” seasoning and a cup, or gallon, of their signature sweet tea!

Cashier Dr-T#308 needs to have her attitude adjusted or retrained in having great customer service. I went on Monday evening around 8:45pm and from the moment I started placing my order she was attitude when I asked a simple question if grilled chicken was available. She never confirmed the order and at the window I asked her if a specific drink was a coke and she stated no while rolling her eyes when I asked her if it could be changed. I wasn’t able to confirm anything else because she closed the window and never came back until food was ready. If you don’t like your job or having a bad day there is no need to take out in the paying customer or anyone period.

Went in to ordered tenders family meal paid over $50. The skinny little girl at front had an ugly attitude and barely wanted to talk. To me it seemed a racial thing because with the other customers it was all smiles and kaughs, hmmm. Got home received chicken instead. Took it back she didn’t take the food back or exchange it. Had to give chicken to a family instead of getting it thrown in the trash. Had to pay again for the tenders another $30 and received some watery gravy with my order. This place is so horrible I’ll rather drive to Hearne and buy from them than to spend close to $100 here. The owners and management needs to step up at this place before they loose more customers and shut down!

We were a party of four. We went in and the young employees were to busy playing with their phones to take our order. When one did take our order, he acted as though we were a bother to him. Three of us got our food. About 15 minutes later, an employee finally realizes we are still waiting. He told us the last order fell off the screen. There was nobody else in this restaurant, so it wasn’t like they were busy. Every table had food from the previous customers. Not once did they stop to clean or even look. This establishment is in serious need of management.

Great food and service. New chicken express was best I have had in a while. The manager was great also. Stopped for a quick bite on the road and was not disappointed. Chicken was not greasy or bland like others.
