This place is the worst!! Drive a few extra miles to get good quality pizza. Please don’t stop here!. I stopped in and ordered a Philly cheesesteak. I paid cash and they told me it was about a 20 minute wait. REALLY! I paid the girl at the register and waited for my food. When the order was ready the lady who took my cash denied that I had paid for it. There was another guy at the register by that time. When I got home, opened the box opened the whatever its called and it had no meat on it! Luckily I live close so I drove back to tell and show them. The replacement was terrible! It was filled with green peppers and scanty meat, which was just as bad as the other one with no meat. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went there! I forgot to mention the girl at the register and was also preparing the food. I was told that her name is Cee Cee. An African American girl with braids.

The delivery driver never speaks to you, just hands you a receipt to sign and add tip but we always add the tip online prior to check out. He was also breathing so labored/loud and crackly sounding my husband thought it was a Halloween prank. I didn’t want to eat my pizza after that.

I had a friend of mine in Utah order pizza for my sons and I to surprise us. The food arrived early and was absolutely delicious! The only problem was the delivery driver. I have never felt so awkward. The delivery driver didn’t even hand me my pizza first. He held it behind his back as he handed me the receipt. I asked him if I needed to sign it…he didn’t say anything. So I had my son grab a pen for me and there was not a space for me to sign…so I put the total amount due in the appropriate space. I did not add a tip, considering it was my friend that ordered the pizza and used his own card. When I handed the delivery driver, the receipt, he just looked at it and looked at me and said “no tip?” in an angry aggravated tone. I explained to him the situation, he shook his head and aggressively handed me the pizza and receipt back and walked away. I called the shop and spoke with the manager who was polite and said she’d have a talk with him….not sure what good that will do, but I appreciate that she understood the situation and said she’d take some action. I would definitely order pizza from them again BUT pick it up myself to avoid this situation.

App shows a certain time, I show up and an employee tells me it will take another 20 to 30 minutes . Unbelievable wait time. Perhaps this store needs employees that provide faster service and better customer service not employees that give you an attitude just because you ask for your order. I have never seen this many people waiting on pizza orders. How Disappointing Papa Johns!

I get all of my pizzas from this location! I’ve never been disappointed in my orders. They have always been exactly what I ordered and their delivery drivers are always very friendly. If I happen to be out and decide to stop and pick one up they always bring it out to my car when it’s done. Great Pizza place!
Unfortunately I have to state that due to a very bad experience with the general manager at this location I will no longer ever do business with Papa John’s again! The corporate office is just as bad as the local retailer as well. I called the corporate office to voice my dissatisfaction. The corporate office has a standing policy that a returned phone call will be made within 24-48 hours. After calling and having it escalated FOUR times due to NOBODY ever contacting me I finally gave up on reaching a resolve. I was informed by a employee that the general manager is really good friends with the district manager and that’s probably why nothing was ever done. Anyway, I’m done with this pizza place. They obviously have deep rooted issues that trickle down from the corporate office as we’ve seen on the news in months passed. VERY disappointed!

I normally go to Domino’s or Papa John’s Pizza to order different things this time I order a large order of pepperoncini peppers and the lady was trying to charge me $13 when in fact I got another Papa John’s order a large pizza and pepperoncini peppers and garlic butter for that much money long story short she was rude I didn’t like the service I would not recommend that Papa John’s best if you go to the one on beltway 8 and fondren

This is a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!! Do NOT eat here!! I know someone that knows someone who worked at this location and they told me that this place has roaches!! If they see a roach on your pizza, Manager Carlos will just knock it off and still serve it to the customer. Manager Josue smokes his vape in the building in front of customers. There have been multiple complaints on at least 3 employees (one of whom is the GM on site) for not washing their hands before preparing food. The phone calls go unanswered at this location and the lack of customer service is ridiculous. I don’t understand how these complaints are going unanswered! Whether this is a self own franchise or chain, Papa John’s needs to get it together! Y’all need more employees like the pleasant African American girl whom ALWAYS has great customer service and is always eager to help out with everything she can. I always see her running around asking what else is needed from her. She has helped my grandma take her pizzas to her car many times with a smile on her face. Making sure the customers needs are met before they leave with their order. I believe I heard her name was CC.

I immediately asked for a refund…. Only to be refused one… not a manager in sight… only kids working…. And not knowing how to properly handle such a situation….

I start off with me going to pick up pizza and I’m not knowing or supposedly having my order they went with my car, checking my app and coming back and saying yes I did order from here online. Is this not your store and then all of a sudden they have my pizza at home because it’s way too thin employees there just don’t seem to give a crap I won’t be coming back the last time I order from Papa John’s thank you very much
